Chick fil a has always been an A rated business establishment for me. Employees are always willing and able to serve. They are never displeased with customers and if you have a special request the try their best to comply to it. Chick fil a has amazing options of food and have really thought of everyone. They have grilled and fried chicken options. If you want something more warm they have soup, but if you want something you could snack on you can get a salad which are very filling to me. I love the side options as they have fries, mac n cheese, chips, and more. They even have breakfast options which are chicken breast between a biscuit, hash brown and more! They have a drive through which is always busy, and they also have an inside to order at. I love going inside because the air is cool, when walking in you are always welcomed and greeted, they have lots of seating options from tables, booths, and high tables. Some of the buildings even have a play area for kids. This is why whenever I come here I always have a GREAT experience! read more

If you want to be able to eat your food and have modifications they will not satisfy the customer. Have been told many times the owner does not modify salads or grilled chicken wraps. Service has just become more and more pathetic each time I go to this Chick-fil-A. I suppose service was good when it first opened a few years back but it's not the same anymore. Most of the employees I encounter are rude and act like they are bothered. I haven't gotten a "my pleasure" in a long time. While the lack of customer service is disappointing, the main reason why I'm writing this review is because of the constant mistakes with my orders. I let the past few mistakes slide but it keeps happening. At my most recent visit, I ordered chicken tortilla soup that usually comes with tortilla strips but I received saltine crackers instead. The only time I expect to receive saltine crackers is if I request them or if I order the chicken noodle soup. Anyway, I didn't realize this until I got home so it would have been inconvenient for me to go back. I just hope that things will improve at this Chick-fil-A because we expect better from them as they are known for good service. read more

Okay so let me start by saying my experience was absolutely awful. My family and I ordered at exactly 8:38 inside and order the food to dine in. Keep in mind the dine in hours on the door and online state 6 am to 10 pm. So we decided to eat inside due to the fact that I had my 10 month old and he was ready to eat! As we received our food I needed to go back to the counter to request for extra pickles. As I was at the counter one of the ladies mention to me that they close at 9 pm on Saturdays not 10, of course I was confused due to the front door and online that stated other wise. I asked the lady if she is insisting that we leave as it is now 8:50 And she said let me asked my manager and she said yes pack up by 9! That give us approximately 10 Mins to feed ourselves and my 10 month old and 6 year old! Of course I just went ahead and took the food to go without even opening the food which is where I made my mistake. We live in Galveston so had to drive 30 mins back from Texas city. Food is cold I'm sure! As we get home to heat up our soggy food we realize they forgot my daughters nuggets and my husbands large Mac! Now this is where I have a problem. Our meal was 44 dollars and my kid or husband can't eat or enjoy their food! Another frustrating note is that we also were not given a receipt which again we should have noticed but didn't think at the time as our kids took our focus away! Now not only is tomorrow Sunday and they are closed we can't even get a refund if we wanted to! I also want to add that there was another woman and her two kids in there that stayed apparently maybe someones wife and kids that works there and they were not asked to leave!! Came in on a Saturday afternoon, their 1st weekend after opening. Was greeted by the managers as soon as we walked in. There was a long line to order but we were moved pretty fast. After I paid, the food was brought right away to our table. Everyone is super friendly as usual. Place is located on Palmer Highway where Ross and Aldi is at. Drive thru was also packed but noticed it moved fairly quick. I'm glad they opened this store here so I don't have to fight the traffic on 646! read more

I came In at 4:15pm to grab something to eat on my way back to school. I ordered a wrap and it was out in less than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered a Cobb Salad and when I was halfway done my salad, I noticed something off and when i moved over a leaf, I saw the roach. It wasn't even a small roach it was a medium sized roach!! Disappointed at the chick fil a brand. First they charge me extra for a dressing, when other chick fil a's don't, then they make me wait for my food. During today's visit I asked for a simple modification to a salad (removal of corn) and they refused stating they are not "allowed to". I have gone to plenty of Chick-fil-a restaurants and this one is the worst. I couldn't even get out of it to go somewhere else because the drive thru is closed in. Had no choice but to wait it out for almost an hour. The food wasn't even that great compared to other places. Never coming here again. New to the area and this is the closest location to me. I'm better off going to the one in Houston near my old house. My food was cold and the bread was hard. I ordered the #2 spicy deluxe and a side order of mac-n-cheese. As soon as I opened the mac-n-cheese, it smelled so bad. It had a sour smell to it. I couldn't even take a bite because of the smell. This is the first time I've never ate everything. I just tossed everything in the trash. I waited in line for almost an hour, my food was nasty, and I have to now go elsewhere to get food that I can actually eat. Hit or miss regarding how long the wait is for food. The counter service staff are super friendly. The table area was clean enough as it was not super crowded when I actually got to dine there after several failed attempts due to high volumes of people in the drive through and at the counter for service. Those faulted attempts may have been due to the newness of this location and it was in prime summertime. My successful attempt was during the week while most are working or in school. I had the famed chicken sandwich (spicy) which I found tasty but underwhelming. The condiment status was pretty impressive. read more

This is the first Chil-fil-A I have been to and food was not good. Simply put the food was not fresh, not sure why. I have been to this location twice. After the second visit I vowed to never return.
