Ok the is the 2nd time in a week we've had to clean off our own table to be able to have a place to eat. Do better.

'm not complaining about the food, Love the food! But the automated order system is frustrating. It rarely gets my order right, and sometimes a real person cuts in halfway through, which just makes things more confusing. At the Texas City, TX location, the intercom is so loud it's actually startling. I'd much rather have a real person take my order instead of a robot. Get rid of Taco Robot!!!! read more

I love Taco Bell but this right here is not except able. The service was actually great. But when I tell you I was on the toilet for hours because of this food. My booty hole was on fire after Taco Bell. I do not recommend if you have a weak stomach because i literally sharted on myself. read more

First let me say that the staff is very friendly, but something is amiss in their processes for drive-up service. I've been there four times in the last month (convenient) and NOT ONCE has my order been correct. I never have any deviations from the order ("no onions, extra cheese", etc.). I get the same thing every time - #7, diet DP. And yet, after I pay for the correct order, I wait forever for the food and they read off the wrong order while they're handing me someone else's order. I'm not shocked at how bad this establishment is considering its Texas city. I get people hate their job or lives or whatever but if your in customer service suck it up.! The manager is rude, everyone has terrible attitudes towards the customers and the food is a joke! They were upset with me and my husband (in front of my kids) because we paid over 50$ for food and they threw everything upside down in the bag and our fries were cold. We asked if they could make fresh ones and said No we can't. (They did anyways) plus one of our order looked and tasted worse... never again! read more

I don't even know how this happens, I called right when I found it and the employee that answered sounded terrible and then hung up on me then I called again then she finally gave the phone to the so called manager then I told him what I found and that clown was like "yeeeah that's impossible" then he hung up, what a joke of crew they got. read more

I went to taco bell because my grand daughter said it was good, but it was not good at all(all of it). They need more bathrooms because i had a crunch wrap and i got diarrhea I had to go to the doctor because of it. The service was terrible the worker was looking at me weird then proceeded to say that my grand daughter was wearing to much make up(all she was wearing was lipstick, eyeliner and mascara as she is 14.) As for the ambiance, there was a screaming child, a baby threw up on a table then when they left no one cleaned it up and then you could hear one of the workers yelling at a Pregnant customer. The lady who is taking people's order is VERY rude. We used the new machine to take our order and one of the line cooks had to come and help us out. We did not get our names called for about 50 minutes, the rude lady yelled out that's their fault. read more

Don't go inside to order! I usually go through the drive through, but decided to go in tonight. Bad decision. I was third in line. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FROM THE TINE I ORDERED TO WHEN I RECEIVED MY FOOD. When my order was called the woman called my name, set the food on the counter and disappeared. Poor customer service. Not to mention the AC was out (in the middle of August). When I got my food, it's not nearly as hot as it should of been and my crunchy taco was broken in half. Great and fast service. Cravings deal for $5 is a great deal. They took my order fast and prepared it well but was also quick.

We went through the drive through Heather our cashier screwed my order up so I went back through the drive through to get it corrected she then got the manager who claims we were swearing which was false and refused to do anything about the situation she then closed the window on us. I proceed to call the store which she refuse to give me anyone above her. I am a GM for my restuarant if any of my managers or servers talk to a customer the way they did they would be in the unemployment line fast. Working in the customer service industry you are required to treat every guest complaint with respect, the manager refuse to show any compassion with my situation. That lady should not be a manger she can't handle situations the way it should be someone needs to train her accordingly. My wife loves Taco Bell, I am not much of a fan. The only other Taco Bell I have visited has poor service so you can imagine my enthusiasm when I went there. The place was busy, there was no line but I could not tell if anyone had food or not because of my prejudicial feelings. Ordered and within minutes the food was ready to go. The food was fresh and almost everything was correct. Two of the dollar quesadillas were missing but they were promptly added as soon as I told them I was missing the items. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were professional and their efficacy pretty much makes up for it. read more

By far the worse experience I have ever received in the food industry. Usually we order online, but every time our order seems to be messed up. So we decided to go in person through the drive-thru to cut down on the lack of communication. We ordered a combo 7# with a Lemonade, two nacho bell grande, and a DLT sub chicken. Upon receiving our order we were given a Lrg Pepsi, we decided not to say anything. We asked for hot sauce and then pulled off to the side to check our order. Both tacos were missing, so we pulled back into the drive thru. We informed the cashier our order was missing tacos and instantly received attitude, "I put them in the bag myself, so I know they were in there." Fair enough, we pulled around to let them check the bag. The cashier, Veronica, says verbatim, "well the hot sauce is at the bottom of the bag, so I know things were taken out." We tried to explain we took things out of the bag to check the order. Instead of being understanding, she replied with attitude, "I know I put them in the bag but okay here's new tacos." Both my boyfriend and I we're so shocked that we we're accused of stealing $2 tacos, when in fact we just wanted what we paid for. read more
