Three stars simply because the management team typically does provide free items throughout the year. The service isn't the best. It's not necessarily the worst either though. I've been a few times where items have been forgotten, but was able to get them at a later date, especially when my order has been incorrect and I've paid for things that weren't included with my meal. The spicy chicken deluxe happens to be one of my favorites, but I also like their berry parfait and mac & cheese with the addition of bacon. I worked there and was treated unfairly, scheduled were everywhere , always got sent home early because of over labor , over worked for minimum wage. Hiring manager was a B, she talked about every worker badly . She very unprofessional I don't recommend working here at all!!! The higher up people will always take advantage. read more

The order taker outside got my order wrong, then they made my incorrect order incorrectly! I ordered a grilled sandwich meal, he ordered a spicy chicken meal. The gave me a plain spicy sandwich with no toppings, just chicken and bun. I drove back to work and called them when I opened the bag. I was connected to customer service and they asked what I wanted to make it right instead of just offering a meal voucher. I said fine and 5 days later received an email with a free meal. I just went back and they screwed up this meal too! Terrible management and rude personnel. read more

i I went to Chick-fil-A the other day and I was getting customer service by Marco and he was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't give me my change right, he rolled his eyes at me. He spilled my drink, and he just wasn't giving me any good customer service at all. and when I asked for my right change, he told me I can ask someone in the front instead of asking him and cussed under his breathe. read more

I finally decided to try the chicken sandwich here and after all the hype , I have to say NOTHING TO SEE HERE. I pulled into the drive through and it was very busy so I thought this should be good , NOT. If your going to advertise the best and show pictures with pickles hanging out ,it should have adequate pickles. The sandwich I received had one and a half pickles. No complaints here, the hubby enjoyed his chicken sandwich and I enjoyed a side order of their mac n cheese. Their drive through is run like a well oiled machine. It was so busy the evening we went, but it went so smoothly from placing our order to picking up at the window. They have this system down pat and keep things moving. All employees were wearing masks, and no touching of your credit card as you swipe it through their hand held machines yourself. Very nice system flow you have got going on. read more

I love me a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and some avacado ranch with my fries. Usually Chic-Fil-A is very quick and courteous and on the top of their game. Unfortunately, this location has some growth to become the normal Chic-Fil-A experience. We were in the drive in line for over 20 minutes (really long for their usual standards). My kids love their fries but we all agreed something was off and some seemed undercooked. The chicken was only 1/2 the size of the bun. I will Go back and try this location again because I am expecting this was just a bad day for the staff. However, I hope the staff reads the reviews and works things out. read more

One of my favorite restaurants to visit. I always go to the drive-through. It's literally down the street from where I live so it's super convenient. Employees are really nice, friendly and super helpful as well getting everybody handled in the drive-through. I've always had a very good experience with this Chick-fil-A. I also love their peach milkshake since it came out it's an addiction. Same with their brownie. I would 100% recommend this restaurant. Overall super pleasant and fast and very clean. I cannot wait until their peppermint milkshake comes out. I know it's still a little bit too soon but I have hopes and dreams read more

Talk about a grand opening!!! We were greeted at the door, service was excellent. They were prompt and food came to us in less than 5 minutes!!! My spicy chicken strips were excellent, perfect temperature. All I have to say is hope this establishment continues to provide us with the same service they did today. If I could give a minus I would!! To cooperate and owners. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that flat out won't let you order if you do not have a app and can't make it through the drive through. I'll make sure to let everyone with horse trailers or trucks do not go here!!! This is my post on FB I left my # with the manager call me!!! Nice cooling mist in the drive thru. One of the frys we got were way overlysalted and a bit overcooked. Nuggets couldve been hotter but not complainable. Sandwich fine. Lemonade maybe could've been a little sweeter and Im usually the other way. Ice cream was good. read more

Don't go to this Chick-fil-A. They are very forgetful and never have I gotten my order right going to this exact Chick-fil-A. Go there if you do not want to be listened to or if you want your order to be wrong 100% of the time. A typical Chick-fil-A with normal services. Everyone was nice and pleasant. The only issue I had was the tables were not well kept when we sat in the restaurant and I did not see anyone cleaning them the whole time I was there. Granted it was during lunch time, but nonetheless, the tables were not clean. read more

When you visit Chick-Fil-A you undoubtedly know that the service you receive, the quality of food and the overall transaction will be superb. Not here. Not at all. I've visited this location over 5 times in the past 2 months and every single time has been sub par. I'd argue that it gets worse and I'm finally writing this review to let everyone know you gonna have to drop the expectation at this Chick-Fil-A. When you come to this location, prepare to wait forever in every way possible. Want a quick drive through? Not here! Want to have a great atmosphere to eat inside? Maybe somewhere else! Oh did you want to do a mobile order to avoid the issues above? Forget about it! The worst experience is the mobile order. Every other Chick-Fil-A is on top of those, in and out easy experiences. However this experience broke the camels back. My food was all squished, I got a gallon of that delicious strawberry tea lemonade and I get home and they gave me UNSWEETENED TEA, I mean its always something at this location! One time it was pickles when my paper says no pickles. It's the general staff that just can't deliver that Chick-Fil-A service and the amount of waiting you experience is inexcusable. If you read it this far then just save yourself the magic that is Chick-Fil-A because this location will destroy it faster than a speeding bullet. I think moving forward I'll go out of my way to explore all the other options on Irvington because I prefer to get food right, on time and with service that won't bother me for the rest of the day. Don't go here. It has not been my pleasure. read more

I love Chick Fil A. That being said, do not purchase the grilled chicken salad. You will be very disappointed. It's a half head of romaine, 4 slivers of parmesan cheese and 5 small pieces of chicken. We ordered 2 salads, 2 drinks and small grilled chicken bites. 30.52 in the drivethru. Got home and discovered the disappointment. I wrote corporate and they said it was a independently owned and forwarded my message. I just wanted my money refunded for the box of lettuce and hardly any chicken. They have apologized but are not willing to make it right. Just fair warning if your in the mood for a good salad...don't order this one! read more

We love chick fil a but my wife's sandwich was cold. Literally the bun was cold to the touch and chicken was warm. Also fries weren't fresh and we ordered a large but it was around half full. If I wanted a medium fry I would have ordered a medium. The chicken quality is always good and it was fast but come on cold food? Not ok. read more

We love Chick fila....but our meal was so disappointing. I ordered a chick fila deluxe sandwich. I received a sandwich with no cheese and no tomato. I got 3-4 fries in my box of fries. My wife's market salad had no blue cheese which is her favorite part. My mother didn't receive her toppings for her salad. We are traveling so went through the drive thru and didn't look closely at our food until we stopped at our hotel. Not driving back. Staff was friendly but this location let us down. read more

This chic fil a drive through needs work when 6 cars from one order line gets put through and you sit and wait and wait, a truck and i got there same time different lines same amount of cars in front and he gets to window 6 cars ahead of me all from his line!!! First time for me and my wife. My son raves about Chick fil A but I didn't get what the big deal was. Yeah, this service is friendly and fast. I like that they are closed on Sundays to observe the Holy day but honestly nothing to write home about. I'm truly sorry but not my thing. The chicken piece in my sandwich was very thin and dried out and tough. I just didn't get what the big deal my son was telling me about.
