We ordered and had a small wait, but we literally watched the gentleman making our sandwiches with careful attention to detail. It clearly shows that they take great pride in their craft. The bathroom in the back is a little cramped and hard to find but clean and gets the job done. My sandwich was made fresh for me and brought to my table. I liked the crusty bread; it stood up well to the sandwich. The meats and cheese were sliced thinly and I could taste the different elements. For me, I think I would have preferred some greenery other than the shredded cabbage; the texture just wasn't my favorite. The pepper on top was also a little heavy and aromatic for my preferences.
