I stopped by here, at Chick-fil-A, twice while on a week-long business trip to Tullahoma, Tennessee. During my first visit here, I came inside and I got my meal to-go, and I used the drive-thru during my second visit. The landscaping and surrounding area was clean and well maintained during both of my visits. The cleanliness inside the restaurant was also excellent during my first visit, when I actually came inside. The employees were friendly and professional during both of my visits, and they correctly prepared my items as ordered. My only disappointment was during my second visit, when I was not given a receipt upon proceeding through the drive-thru. All the food items I ordered were freshly made and delicious, both times, as I expect from any Chick-fil-A. I am also always pleased that Chick-fil-A isn't annoying like McDonald's, where McDonald's will nickle-and-dime you when you buy their chicken McNuggets. I love sauce with my chicken, and Chick-fil-A has really delicious sauces. I'll definitely return here when I'm back in the area. They are consistently excellent. read more

This the only Chicfila that will screw up your order. If they don't forget to give you salad dressing, they will forget to include a fork. If you get both of those they will forget your sauce. I have been here 3 times & always something missing. Go inside to pick up your food if you insist on spending any money here. No other Chicfila has ever screwed up my order. read more

Went to the drive through line where I was met with someone who had a broken set up, I ordered a milkshake and a medium fry. I continued to wait 40 minutes in the front of the line until they told me to pull around. I finally went inside to say something. Did not even offer a refund. read more

This is the nastiest Chick Fil A I've ever been too! I had ordered curbside but I decided to use the restroom while my husband waited on our food. Boy was that a mistake! As soon as I walked in, I noticed the filth. The floors in the entire restaurant was disgusting; especially, in the back near the restrooms. The tables had food on them and there was trash on the floor. The counter where you place your order was dirty and the lemonade dispenser behind the counter also looked dirty. The restaurant smelled like urine. There was flies in the restaurant as well. I didn't know they were still out in mid October. I also noticed that the cars in the driveway that came after us got their order before us. The manager was very apologetic and he gave me a refund. Food is always good, especially the salads, frosted lemonade and waffle fries. The service, however, is extremely lacking at the Tullahoma location. Encountered some of the rudest staff there, who argue over the number of condiments, tell you everything is in the bag when it's not, and one teenager even yelled at my mom because she was a few minutes late picking up a curbside order (she can't control the traffic). I used to love collecting points to spend there but I won't go anymore and deleted my app. We only eat CFA out of town now. read more

While at the Ooltewah Tn store, I got choked. I ran into the ladies room because the food & drink was literally coming back up into my mouth. A director, Christina, was in there too. Thank God. The service is excellent at this location. It is very busy, inside and out, so be patient, no one is without a job to do and working hard to fill many orders simultaneously. My wife ordered online, order went through to her credit card TWICE. I came to pick up order, they didn't have it. Manager was no help. I had to pay again for my order. cashier asked for my name, I told her she didn't need it since I was standing right there. She told next customer I was rude. Gave me my order, drinks were missing. We arrived after 1:30pm for a late lunch and both drive thru lanes were lined up out of the lot. Once we crossed through the traffic of the drive thru with our toddler and entered the restaurant we noticed that the floor was embarrassingly dirty. We then tried to find a table and all vacant tables were filthy with food remnants and trash. A family dining at another table gave us a package of sanitizing wipes to clean our table, the same as she did when she sat down with her family. We placed our order and they brought my kid her ice cream and then it was another 15 minutes before our food was delivered, minus our drinks. The hostess who brought our food dropped our food and was off, but I caught her in time to ask about our beverages. She asked what we ordered and then decided just to take the receipt. She returned with two sodas and no milk from the kids meal, she had to return to get that as well. We had 3 interactions and never heard "my pleasure". I'm not saying I demand that but that is the cornerstone of the Chick-fil-A brand. I am not sure what is going on but this is not a place I will choose again anytime soon. If my family wants it I may but not on my own volition. I hope this is isolated to this restaurant but unfortunately I am done with the Lord's Chicken for a while. read more

I was super disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. Normally, the franchise is known for speed and customer service. I placed a mobile curbside order, sat there for 20 minutes, watching other cars come and go. All I had was 2 chicken biscuit meals, nothing super complicated. There seemed to be only 1 employee running orders out. When he finally brought ours, I was missing the Splenda for my coffee, and the hash browns were stale. I think because I've come to expect such high quality service from all Chic-fil-A, this one was not up to par. They have the same drive thru lay out. The one exception is it condenses into one lane at the window so you are stuck there waiting for people to get their order before you can move anyway so I'm not sure how it helps to have someone running orders back. The young lady that took our order was as friendly as any at these establishments but the window serves was a bit nonchalant and placid. A fast food place that brings your food to you and then comes around to see if you want a refill. I love this place and this location. I have yet to have any issues at this or any location. We eat here often. They have good food and good service. Only had a problem one time when we ordered curb side. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting on our food. I called them and explained how long we had been waiting. They brought our food right out to us, apologized, and gave us 2 cards for a free meal. They always get the orders right and food is made to order, so it is always fresh. Plus, if you download their app and use it every time you order or visit and let them scan your code, you rack up points towards free meals and treats! I walked in at 4:45 pm with my family of four, two children 2&4. There were 3-4 tables occupied, and the rest of the tables were dirty with crumbs and trash. I made a request to a staff member to clean a table so we could have a clean table near the play area she was very polite ,but It still took about 10 minutes for her to come clean any tables. The play area was also dirty with small pieces of trash. The dinning room floor was littered with old French fries and general crumbs and trash from straws, plastics wrappers etc. This is one of our regular chick-fil-a we visit ,but is by far the dirtiest chick-fil-a. Even though it's the children favorite this may fall off our list if they don't make a change. read more
