It breaks my heart to give a one star review to one of my absolute favorite restaurants but I have no choice. This is the ONLY location that I avoid from OC to LA to everywhere else I travel. Why you ask??? A few years back I received a gift card and for whatever reason when I went to use it there was nothing on there. Long story short I spoke to the owner and he accused me of lying. Mind you the gift card amount was for ten dollars!!!! I was blown away - everyone who knows me knows I visit chick fil a on the daily for their lemonade, sweet tea and soda. Pretty much the experience you'd expect coming to chick fil a. Friendly great service and food tastes like it should. I don't venture too far from the basic chicken sandwich so I can't speak to the other menu items. Had a coupon to try the sunrise drink which I thought it was a lemonade freezy type of thing but it was totally more like a orange dreamsicle milk shake...but it wasn't orange. Or maybe it was? I always loved to go to chick-Fil-A with my kids. But the experience I had today was horrible. Went to lunch with friends and Kids. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, however, after a few bites of my sandwich, I noticed the chicken on my grilled chicken sandwich was still "pink"..... it WAS NOT fully cooked. I went and told the manager about my situation, he only said "what do u want me to do? I can give u a new sandwich ." He wasn't sincere at all, he didn't even try to apologize at all. This location is easily the worst Chick-fil-A that I have ever had. My wife and I live in the area and unfortunately did not learn our lesson quick enough. On two occasions, the nuggets that we ordered were rancid (never have I had rancid chicken from any establishment except for this place). On various occasions we were given old/cold French fries/nuggets. It's as if this location is too cheap to toss away old food and keep them around to give to customers. I worked at a McDonald's in high school and we would always temperature check fries and toss out old ones. This location has NO standards. I'm not sure if it's an issue with management or the owner of this franchise. If you're in the mood for Chick-fil-A I would highly recommend going to another location. I almost forgot to mention that before the pandemic my coworkers would pickup from this location and this location would mess up our order 25% of the time (they would charge for the correct item but substitute a cheap item). read more

By far my least favorite chick fil a I've ever been to between Arizona and California. Whenever I walk in here there is NEVER anyone at the register with always a bunch of people waiting in line. Really good food cant complain, just like any other Chic-Fil-A, however this branch in general for some reason is noticeably less concerned over customer service, maybe its because i look young, come off pretty laid back, and in my 20's? I come every Fri morning for breakfast drive thru on the way to work for months. This is the only branch i know that consistently doesn't say the classic "My pleasure" and they don't seem as attentive. Typically my experience at this chick-fil-a is solid. I've noticed more recently that the staff there have been standoffish and a little rude. I feel bad because they're working in the middle of a pandemic, but I don't think it's fair to take it out on someone picking up a sandwich in the drive through line. Also, they gave me a regular sandwich instead of the spicy sandwich I ordered. I will continue going to get food from here out of convenience, but management, please do some quality control!! Best fast food experience around. French fries and chicken nuggets can apparently range very widely in quality. These are at the top of the chain chain. The manners/basic decency training given to employees is effective and readily apparent to customers. The resulting combination of not-crappy dining conditions, not-crappy staff, and tasty food is very pleasing. McDonald's, Taco Bell, Arby's, Carl's, etc. are going to have to evolve to avoid being wiped out by smarter run companies like Chick-Fil-A and In N Out. I bet this will make the world a little better place to be since more people who might not have learned basic social skills will do so through their jobs with the customer service sensitive junk food corporations. read more

I don't go to Chick-fil-A often. It's not because I have anything against them. Far be it, I'm just not huge on chicken sandwiches. And yet, this last trip to Chick-fil-A was pretty impressive. For one thing, I was reminded why Chick-fil-A is still so beloved. Their chicken tastes great, their service is stellar, their facilities are immaculate, and their staff are a cut above. We ordered our meals and joined our friends by the kids playground area so we could talk and watch out kids simultaneously. It wasn't very long at all before our food showed up on our table! What a great place! Our kids had fun, made some friends, ate some chicken, went back to play with more friends--they had a blast! And I have to say, while we sat and ate, a super special lady name Jeanie kept circling the tables offering to help pick up trash, refill drinks, or bring us sauce--I mean, wow! When she walked by, she made you feel like an honored guest. They need to make her a standard fixture of all Chick-fil-As because she made the experience all the more fantastic. I had to take my son to the restroom and struck up a conversation with another worker name E.J. He was super professional and kind as well. We had a cool chat about the owner, Adam, and how well he was running the place. It left me with the feeling, "This place is pretty amazing. They're doing something right here, that's for sure!" If you haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in awhile, you need to come visit this location. The staff were all respectful, helpful, courteous, and beyond. The food isn't "I'm dying for it" great. Frankly if I never ate it again in my life I wouldn't miss it one bit. Clearly they aren't adding the same addicting ingredients that McDonald's adds to the McNuggets. He, he. However! There are times I want good service. There are times I like someone to listen and get the order right. It may be fast food but it is nice someone occasionally wanders by to ask if I would like a refill, if I need anything else or to ask if I'm done with my tray. Personally it is a good way to get the hint to clear out and make room for someone else. I may be too lazy to go get a refill but if someone brings it back to me then I don't have the excuse to stay at the table because the line is too long. I leave happy and someone else is happy because there is a free table. And there is something to be said about the relatively simple menu, the food is consistent. As I said, I could live without it but it is nice to feel comfortable that you know what you are going to get. Frankly if I absolutely loved the food and would die without it, I'd give them 5 stars. I came here on Monday through the drive thru after my kids kept bugging me to try it... I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! First off: their staff is very friendly. I was helped by a girl with red braided hair and since it was my first time, I asked her for recommendations and she gave me so many amazing options as well as answering my questions! I just wish I would've caught her name. I ended up going with the Cobb salad and it was amazing; the chicken was perfectly cooked, and when I pulled up to the window I saw employees cleaning! I only come here because it's the closest one to my job for lunch and man, do they loooooove taking their sweet time here, I order through the app in advanced before heading out to lunch and still takes about 20 minutes to get food out, what are they doing back there? Fries? 3 minutes, filets, 5 minutes max, soup? They should have it ready in the back, especially with my order floating around in their screens till I get there, but nothing, takes FOREVER to get your food, that or they don't care and just toss food out of order to get orders done. Certainly feels that way anyway, always getting my food after people, even though I ordered prior, even happens when my coworker and I order, I order earlier and he STILL gets it before me. This review mostly relates to the cleanliness (or lack of) of this Chick-fil-A. I have a Chick-fil-A near my home, and the difference between the two is quite drastic. When I visited this Chick-fil-A at the District, it was not at all clean. When looking for a place to sit down, every single table had crumbs and smudges of grease on them, so my party had to pick not a clean table, but the one with the least amount of crumbs. Yuck. The short wall next to our table was covered in greasy handprints - likely left by children. Unfortunately, I visited the restroom while I was there, and that was a disaster as well (I'll spare you the gruesome details). I actually went up to tell someone that all the tables were dirty and the bathroom was a disaster. The gentleman did walk around cleaning some tables, but I noticed he missed a table. I then saw a new couple walk in, sit down at that table, only to quickly get up and move to another. I always order extra pickles at the Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood, and they are always generous. When I asked for extra pickles at this Chick-fil-A, they gave me a small container that had only 2 dill pickle chips! I suppose that's the least amount of pickles they could get away with and still call it "pickles." After all, one less pickle chip, and they'd have to call it "extra pickle!" Come on, guys - your stinginess is showing and it's not very attractive or classy. Management really needs to crack down on its employees and ensure Chick-fil-A is a clean environment for people to dine in - especially during a pandemic. I would think they'd not only want to wipe the tables clean (& keep the bathrooms clean), but they'd want to use a disinfectant as well. Word to the wise: Bring your own hand sanitizer if you're eating at this Chick-fil-A - or better yet, try an entirely different Chick-fil-A if you prefer a clean eating environment. read more

This location has the expected, polite service but it is super fast! Most times, we're doing the drive thru but on the rare occasion we go in, it is no exception. The children's play area seems fairly clean, though it's a bummer because there are times where kids well beyond the recommended 3 and under age range are raising a ruckus. I wish staff would keep an closer eye on it, but I never send the kids there alone anyway. The food is consistent and their lemonade is the best. I am usually the person that sticks with what I like at most fast food restaurants, but I don't mind changing it up here. I like their chicken wrap, original chicken sandwich, and their nuggets. Chick-fil-a is my favorite fast food place. The reason this is so is because of their high quality food and excellent customer service. My go to meal is the spicy chicken sandwich (not the deluxe). This is paired with the chick-fil-a sauce(this is a must). The food is always freshly made, and the service is quick. In many cases the food beats you to the table. Im not sure I can stress how important it is to have excellent customer service. This location in particular has a great staff, special shout out to donye. I've been to this location several times and I have never had a problem with my food until yesterday's visit. I went through the drive-thru and got my meal plus mac & cheese to try. This was my first time getting it and when I got home I was surprised at what they gave me. I ordered a medium size and it looked like I got a small size served in a medium cup. Really!?! Maybe that's how it's supposed to be, mac & cheese only halfway full? For $3.45 it's not worth it when this it what you get for a medium size! Oh, and the container was on its side in my bag. I went to the District location on 27 Sep 2021 at around 4:15 pm. I get the same thing every-time I go there, normally I have them remove a particular ingredient from the item that I don't like. This has never been a problem at any location, however this manager told me that all the wraps are pre made and that they cant make a fresh wrap at their location. Keep in mind there was no one in the restaurant at this time, it was completely empty. I told her this is nothing new, they make the wrap with lettuce instead of cabbage for me all the time, at this and other locations and I've never had a problem. She however she did not appear to be the sharpest knife in the drawer and I ended up walking out. Just pure laziness on their part, I'd recommend another location. read more

I just moved to the area and I was so happy to be near a Chick-fil-a! But, the very first time my family and I dined here, we had a bad experience. Unfortunately, it has not gotten any better!! I have officially written this specific location off!! On our first visit, my entire family ordered a chicken mini meal. My son drew the short stick and opened the box with chicken nuggets instead of the minis. We took it back to the counter and they said they would bring the correct item to our table. Well, fifteen minutes later, everyone was done eating (except my son, who patiently waited). After a few more minutes, I went back to the counter. I had to stand in line again!! They apologized and handed us my sons breakfast. We took it to go! On another visit through the drive through - they left out a chicken mini meal. I didn't notice until I got home....Ugh! Next visit through the drive thru, I checked the bag!! They left out a side of hash browns. Parked and walked inside to get my order complete. The very next visit - I was in quite the hurry for a day full of youth sports. I checked the bag quickly and didn't see my breakfast burrito. I asked the employee, is the burrito in here? She told me the burrito was in the bag. Great! When I got home, NO burrito!!! Enough is enough! I called the manager to complain. He verified my burrito was still there and took down my name and address. He promised to mail me some coupons to make it up to me. Two weeks later - you guessed it! No coupons! I emailed the store to share my experience and still have not received any response. I will now make the drive to the Chick-fil-a at the Marketplace! I will never return to this store!!
