I've frequent this particular Chick-fil-A (VOORHEES, NJ) at least twice a week or more and usually do not have a problem. One time a few months a ago i ordered 12 breaded nuggets and there was a hair in one of my nuggets. I took it back and was going to get a refund but allowed them to replace it. Well i just ordered 12 grilled nuggets today and when i got home the nuggets were RAW. i bit into one and it was chewy and gritty and then i looked at it and they were PINK. i went back to the Voorhees, NJ location and showed them the nuggets and they tried to act like they were not raw. Then i opened up one of them in front of them and then they finally admitted it. I asked for a refund and the managers said "unfortunately our policy is to replace the item but we can't give refunds"????? WHAT????? So you can serve patrons raw food and potentially poison them with Samonella but you can't accommodate them do the right thing and give their money back?? I refused to leave until i got my money back and after 10 minutes of them being rude to me and then i was told "You are not allowed in this store anymore. Take your money and get out!" they finally gave it to me. I could be poisoned with samonella!! I know have to go to the ER to make sure I am not infected. I ordered over 35.00$ worth of food through door dash app on my phone. I'm very particular of what I eat. So I had substituted certain items.. I ordered a 12 piece nugget with honey mustard and bbq sauce.. We all know the sauces makes the meal.. I also ordered spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, chicken deluxe and a grilled chicken club. All with subsituton on them. No lettuce no tomato , pepper jack cheese instead of the Colby cheese, etc..so once my ordered arrived. I notice there was no sauces for all sandwiches and especially the nuggets. I then called back the door dashed and let her know of the no sauces. She had to go back to the Voorhees location to bring the sauces back. So as she did. I called the location to complain, they told me that I didn't order from that location and they have no receipt of me placing a order. I told them I have a receipt on my phone with my credit card being charge. I then called the dashed again, only to find out that I did order from the Voorhees location and that the driver was in the store complaining of no sauces while the phone with her. Finally the driver arrives with the sauces. Keeping in mind my once hot food food is now cold. So as I go to reheat my food I notice the grill chicken club in which I ordered is not a club sandwich. There now no bacon on it. Feeling frustrated again; I then call the store back to complain , only to realize the store is now closed for the night. So I called the next morning to speak to a manager to explain my situation. The manager ask me to send a email copy of my receipt. The customer service and lack of professionalism is the worst I ever experienced, also the lack of communication is horrible to. They told me I didn't order from there, there is no receipt and that it was door dashed fault for my ordered being incorrect. I blame the Voorhees chic fila location wholely, you have me miscomucation of me ordering and telling me there is no receipt of ordering. The poor customer service and qaulity of food was horrible. And lack responsbility to pay attention to my receipt to fulfil my order correctly. I would never go to this location or order from here again. I recommend the that store operator Matt Windon retract the ethnic and qaulity and customer service skills to his employees under the chic Gila corporate Christian mission statement. This place is so fast with their orders and everyone is very kind. During quarantine I ordered for curbside pick up through their app. I have also gone through the drive-thru and the curbside pick up was A LOT fast and safer. Definitely get the app! I live chick fil a but not this location. They never get the order right. I went through the drive thru 2 times in 1 week and they forgot the sauces. On the second time I walked in and mentioned the issue and the worker just rolled her eyes at me and handed me 3 sauces. Customer service is great, orders made correctly every time, drive-thru does move fairly quickly with two Drive-Thru lanes. Food is consistent to taste and texture. I always go in the Drive-Thru so I cannot comment about the inside cleanliness and service, however I would imagine no issues there. read more

I usually love Chick-fil-A but man am I disappointed. If I wasn't hungry and if it wasn't late, I wouldn't be eating it. Extremely stale, FLAVORLESS fries they're only edible with the cheese sauce. The chicken soup taste like stomach bile. The best part was my multi grain bun and the chicken nuggets. Chick-fil-A, at this location, used to have the best waffle fries, and they had very tasty chicken, no matter how you ordered it. Then the father died, and the children inherit a Chick-fil-A, and it didn't take long, for the chicken nuggets to be greasy, and the waffle fries, to be under cooked. My first visit to the Voorhees Chick-fil-A, on 05/02/2017. If you're visiting for the first time, you might miss the turn to get to the drive-thru. It's set up a bit weird. You turn into the Gym's parking lot, then, make a quick right to get to the drive-thru. I missed it the first time. There are two drive-thru lanes that merge into one at the pick up window. I was satisfied with my drink and sides, but the spicy deluxe sandwich was disappointing. It didn't taste fresh, and the chicken was greasy, oddly shaped (with too much breading/fried batter hanging from the ends), and much smaller than the bun. I went to lunch with my mom today and we had excellent service! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We walked in and they were very busy however we did not wait long at all! A staff member brought us our food seconds after we sat down and mid meal an employee offered to refill our beverages. We were very pleased with the service and had a great lunch! Pretty disappointed with this location. Crew isn't very friendly. Those that are somewhat friendly come across as very insincere. The food at this location never seems to be super fresh either. Today I was craving it and was looking forward to having the nuggets with the "chickfila sauce" well I asked for it at the drive through when I paid and then I didn't see her put it in the bag.....so I asked again there is extra chickfila sauce in the bag she said yes. so I drove home took my meal out and NO CHICKFILA sauce!!! I am so frustrated. It's late and I'm starving - head to chick fil a on my way home. Should have checked the bag. But the guy at the drive thru through me off. First, I give him the money. Then he gives me the change... but he doesn't put it in my hand. So it flies down onto the ground. "Sorry," he says and leave the window. I'm not scrapping change off the ground. I just open my door, find the bills and decide the change is lost. That's not my fault. He should have done something about that. Then, he gave me one thing at a time - THIRD FREAKING BAGS. One.at.a.time. I ordered three things and each thing came in a different bag. Then he gives me my drink. Then he gives me a straw. It's a continuous hold it out the window, I have to take it and put it down and as I'm putting it down another thing is out the window and he's impatiently waiting for me to come get the next thing. Meanwhile I'm trying to put the money in my wallet and put ALL THE FREAKING bags on my passenger seat. How ridiculous. I drive away and get home. It's like 9:40 and all I want to do is eat and go to bed. No sauce. No mayo. AND... the order isn't right. Nothing in the THIRD BAGS was correct, although the receipt is right. I work right down the street form this location and I'm a huge chick fil a fan. its always my go to. unfortunately I'm forced to go to this location being as thought this is the only one in the area, unless I feel like making the extra trip to the one in the mall nearby. Anyway, I've had nothing but bad experiences at this place and today was the last straw. Not only am I ALWAYS waiting forever for my order. But the customer services is terrible. Between the awkward and rude cashiers, you have to deal with the snot nosed (literally) manager and her stank attitude as well. Asking for sauce is a chore in itself and you're really getting ahead of yourself if you think your order is going to be right. This morning I ordered breakfast on my way to work. I order a simple chicken biscuit with cheese. So I'm waiting, and of course it's like 10 mins before they hand me the simple sandwich but I literally watched the manager wipe the snot off her nose and wipe it on the inside of my bag nonchalantly like that wasn't absolutely disgusting. And if that isn't bad enough, she didn't bother to hand me my bag but toss it into my car as I went to reach for it. Already infuriated I check my sandwich, and as I should of expected NO DAMN CHEESE. This specific store is a mess and I'm not sure if it needs new management or what.
