I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A and I've been to MANY. If food quality, and wait times were all like what I experienced today, I'd never return to another. But luckily, as I said, this is the only bad Chick-fil-A I've been to... I ordered a large tea and was given a medium coke. I spent about 25 minutes in line. Usually, even at rush hour, the most I've ever spent at a Chick-fil-A has been 10 minutes. My fries were mostly soggy and 4 out of 12 nuggets had a hard purple piece in it. Coming home from Texas last week, we stopped in for lunch (1:00 ish). We could barely find a parking spot and the drive through line stretched to the moon and back. No worries...that's just Chic-fil-A. If it were anyone else, we'd turn around and go somewhere different. In spite of there being about 37 people in front of us in line, we ordered and received our meal in less than 5 minutes. This is truly amazing and one of the reasons that Chic-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant ever! Here are several OTHER reasons why we keep coming back: 1. Customer service at Chic-Fil-A is always amazing, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. There isn't another fast food restaurant out there with better service. 2. The food is great...if you're into chicken. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is their signature piece. They have a saying that states, "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we pick Chic-fil-A so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. This location is spot on. Friendly service, good food, and kid recommended. If you are someone looking for fast food and you want a place that you will most likely enjoy...again, this is the place. I had 12 nuggets they gave me literally one sauce after asking for multiple , I asked for a sunjoy which is , tea and lemonade extra ice I tasted tea which was bitter and not lemonade but the pulps .... Came to order food on our drive back to Texas with my family (5people) and there was a full group of staff members (like 7) standing in chic-fil-a uniforms but only one person really working. Three standing with phone in hand talking and then off to the side another middle aged African American woman working. When I said "excuse me" at the three gossip queens one was definitely a manager they all just looked at me. No response, no assistance. The kind lady who WAS working popped up and asked how she could help but she was definitely busy! She was great! But those three one being a manager gave the worst look to me. I sat on the patio and I saw multiple guests have to speak up and say excuse me to get someone's attention. Kate, was one of the none responsive people. I know this because I went back to ask for a drink refill instead of taking ONE second to say "hello I'll be right with you" she continued her conversation with Reece. Bro, just greet the customer. Don't be so awful at customer service and you work in customer service. This is by far THE worst chic-fil-a I have ever been to. Y'all need proper training and better service skills. Give the older woman who actually works a raise and make those petty gossipers go back to training. BTW this was on a Thursday and definitely during a slow part of the day, 2:40pm and the line was non-existent. Since its opening, they have maintained a really clean dining area and the bathroom spotless - to me, cleanliness really speaks a lot for a fast food place. The folks that take your order are friendly and the servers are attentive to your needs - great service. Chick-fil-a food are pretty high quality when I think of fast food places. The spicy chicken biscuit is a great morning meal. Folks in Louisiana like a little kick in our food. For milder taste buds, the chicken salad sandwich is a delight - although I'll tend to eat 2 of them. I know they advertise their lemonade a bit, but the my beverage of choice here is their sweet tea. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - it goes with anything of their savory chicken menu items. And a funny thing, I tend to run into familiar folks here - either in the dining area or seeing them going through the drive-thru. The manager there, I think her name is Millie, is rude and condescending which would explain the staffs disposition at this place. I ordered a grilled scrambled in a bowl and got fried scrambled in a bowl. I asked her about an item on their menu and the answer I receive was not correct. Chick-fil-A is known for their courtesy. She was not very friendly, didn't smile, none of them smiled. I didn't hear their famous customer service statement "My pleasure". My entire experience was just weird. I won't be back to this place. I know me not coming back probably doesn't make a difference, however I hope they'll treat the next person the way they'd like to be treated when they go out to eat or shop or whatever. read more

I travel all over the east zone of the US for work and there is not another Chick-fil-A that gives the level of customer service or efficiency that West Monroe Chick-fil-A does. West monroe Chick-fil-A should be a training site for others. If you want to sit down, go to this chick-fil-a. This has a large parking lot, although trailers can cause issues. Drive thru is chaotic. It funnels you into a narrow lane, before splitting into 2 ordering stations. Then it moves back to a single lane. Always clean and kid friendly. read more

Love this place! I normally just get a chicken sandwich or a spicy chicken sandwich but then they started to sell these grilled chicken nuggets that are absolutely amazing!! I've never had grilled chicken like this from a fast food restaurant lol. The nuggets are amazing as well on the sandwich. My boyfriend has recently turned me on to the milkshakes. They are crazy good and unlike any milkshake you have ever had before especially one from a fast food chain! I love the cookies and cream shake. The service is always very fast here and the place is crazy clean! Even the restrooms are very well maintained and the floors and very clean. There's always a place to sit inside they are very good at cleaning the tables after someone gets up. But the drive-thru is also pretty quick! By far one of my favorite fast food places! read more

Having been born and raised in Atlanta, GA, CFA has been a staple in my life. Boy, was this restaurant a disappointment. I cannot believe how dirty the bathrooms were. The toilets were in constant flush mode. Toilet tissue on the floor. Floors were wet around toilets. Plastic salad bags used in sanitary bins. The salad was very gritty. It was like eating a salad with sand in it. Not very good. And to top it all off, the ice cream machine was not working. I think my daughter hit the nail on the head when she said, "This is a McDonald's in disguise." Such a shame... read more

You already know what you're getting, food wise, when you come here. The place is always packed, and the food is great. There's pleasant service and attitudes. The 3 star review is because the play area is disgusting, and overcrowded, which makes for a dangerous atmosphere! The sign CLEARLY says "Children must be 3 years & under to play!" Aside from my 3 & 2 year olds, there was 1-2 other children in this small play area who were 3 & under. There had to be 10-15 children running in and out in the 15 minutes my boys were playing. None of the children were supervised. Most of the children looked to be 5-7 years old, with a couple of boys at least 10-12 years old. Thankfully my boys didn't get hurt, but I doubt we'll ever come here again for anything other than the food! Have your children playing at your own risk. read more
