Good but they always forget my sauce 50-75% of the time. Staff is nice though. And the place is clean everytime I come.

First time visiting. Great food, great service. Only issue I have is that I felt the chain did not offer value for the price charged. Not many people I know these days want bread with their breaded chicken tenders. Company could save some money and offer a slight discount for the combo meals. They only have 2 menu items --chicken fingers and a sandwich. The French fries were coolish and wimpy. The toast was not really toasted as it was pure white on one side. However, the chicken was great. If there's a next time I will order chicken only and drink. The service was good. read more

You can never go wrong with Canes. The food, per usual, was hot, tasty, and made to order. Even after doing a few substitutions with the Caniac combo, they didn't mess it up and I am so thankful. The drive-thru line had us in and out in under 5 minutes, and for a lunch rush arrival, that was appreciated. The staff was great and the location, though tricky to get to with rush hour and all, was still very convenient to the highway as we passed through. read more

I'm in love with Raising Canes! From sauce to fries! I love the chicken, the fries, and the toast! I have never had a bad experience here! The sweet tea is bomb! The fries are crispy and so is the toast! The chicken can be just a tad bit more flavorful, but canes sauce can fix that! I usually get the box combo with extra toast and no coleslaw. I'm not a big coleslaw fan, but I'm sure it's delicious if you like it! I will never get tired of canes! read more

Let me start out by saying the food here is excellent, like all other Cane's locations. My issue is strictly with the service. I know there is only so much one can expect from drive-through fast-food, but I have visited this location numerous times and just about every other visit, they get my order wrong. I don't mean wrong items - I mean the entire. wrong. order. This past Tuesday (1/5/16) I went to the Cane's on Thomas Road, ordered a Box Combo with a coke, and was presented with a lemonade. That was all - a lemonade, and the girl at the window was insisting it was my order. There was one car in front of me. How can you get the orders mixed up with only one other person in the queue? Somehow, they managed it; my hat's off to them. After going back and forth with the girl and insisting I had a box combo, she finally produced it. No "I'm sorry; our system got messed up," no acknowledgement; nothing. I expect better from Cane's, and I've never had this problem with the Monroe locations. I do intend to continue to patronize Raising Cane's, but from now on, I'm giving this location a miss. Sorry they're losing the business - our office is located 1/2 mile away and I would have been a loyal customer otherwise. read more

I have always Loved Raising Canes in West Monroe. I usually go about twice a month and I always order "The Box". Well tonight 09/15/12 was no exception, however this particular night I was on the phone with a friend, when I walked in and ordered. A little time past and I wondered if they had lost my order. The cashier that had taken my order came around cleaning and noticed I didn't have my food yet and immediately went back to the kitchen to remedy the situation. I got my food a couple of moments later and no sooner had I started eating my chicken, Dean the night manager walked up and apologized for my wait and handed me a gift card for a "Box" when I come back. I LOVE the sauce at this place! I have to order extra sauce every time, because I just can't get enough. It just pairs so well with the yummy food. I always get the 3 Finger box, which comes with 3 strips, fries, a cup of sauce, and a piece of buttery Texas toast. read more

This is one of the many restaurants that specializes in just fried chicken. If you don't like fried chicken, then you are un-American. It is the crowning meal of any Southern household. With that said, they serve fried chicken strips, fries and garlic toast as well as sandwiches. They like all the many fried chicken restaurants have their own sauce, Cain sauce. The sauce is not bad. The chicken doesn't have much seasoning but it is moist. The garlic toast is good, but that is hard to mess up. The fries are crinkle cut. I ordered the lemonade and recall it tasting better than It did yesterday. Maybe a bad batch? Not sure. But I do know one thing regarding this location, they are slow on filling bigger orders for families. I have stopped here several times over the years and it has turned a 10 minute stop into a 20-25 minute stop. The customer service though is very good. Not sure what is about the people in this part but they represent the very best in humanity. In my opinion, there are better tasting fried chicken restaurants with better special sauces. However, my children like it a lot because of the minimal seasoning on the chicken. Give it a try. Depending on your taste buds, you may find it to be your favorite! read more

I feel like the managers have never been in their own bathrooms. The mens room's stall door is put on backward and you cannot close it, not to mention the toilet seat has a big black foot stamp on it that gets on your hands when you close the lid. The women bathrooms sink is over flowing...we have been to a bunch of Cain's and we have never had this experience. read more
