This is a pretty good fast food place. I also appreciate that they are a Christian organization. The chicken sandwiches and grilled nuggets are great. I love the waffle fries and sweet tea as well. The hidden secret of this place that most people haven't tried is the breakfast items. The biscuits are just like grandma would make with some chicken sandwiched in the middle. I wish they served breakfast all day. They must do some extensive training with their employees, because everyone seems to have a smile on their face. They seem excited or happy to help you. Many other establishments could learn a lot from this organization. Lastly, let's talk about their advertising. Who doesn't laugh when they see a billboard with a cow hanging off of it begging passer-bys to eat chicken!! That is pure genius in my opinion. read more

As far as Chick-Fil-As go, I would say this one is slightly above average. The atmosphere was youthful and vivacious as sprightly children frolicked in the play place. Our service was reasonably fast given our large group, and the staff were adequately friendly. The menu at chick-Fil-a is somewhat lacking in diversity; however, if you're in the mood for chicken cuisine you will not be disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack is a beautiful romance between chicken and cheese that will break your heart when it's all gone. The chicken nuggets have a touch of sweetness that pairs well the ever popular chick Fil a sauce. The frosted coffee was a delightful blizzard of ice cream and coffee dancing around my mouth. The fries almost made up for the bland taste with a fun waffle shape, but not quite. Overall, above average fast food, clean facilities, and friendly service -- would recommend to a fellow traveler. read more

In the past 2 months I've eaten at this location 3 times. The first time I went I was with my boyfriend and father. Guess what? FOOD POISONING! All three of us. So I didn't eat there for awhile. Second time was me and my boyfriend. Got it to go,food poisoning once again! Third time,horrible service,HORRIBLE and we ended up getting sick again! I liked it. First time trying it and it was great. I can't give it five stars just yet but from my first visit it was real good. I approve.

Usually very fast with the order. During high volume times, they have anywhere from 2-5 employees in the drive line to take orders, and keep the cars moving. By the time you place your order, wait a couple minutes, and get to the window, your order is ready. I've never had any complaints over the past 5 years living here and ordering here. Today though, I ordered and then went and parked to open my sandwich and I saw a hair sticking out. I know this can happen at random, any where, as employees move about very past. It's a little disappointing to see it, and they should be looking at the food they are making. Nonetheless, I called in and told them and drove back and they replaced it, and my fries, and refunded me. A nice gesture, very courteous and always smiling and friendly. I'm not upset. I will continue to get my fast food chicken sandwiches at this place. read more

Than you get to the window and that person repeats to you that you where confused. 1 I don't need a child telling me I'm confused because they didn't understand. Their service is amazing! London was very personable and accommodated my Gluten intolerance easily, even going so far as to print off a list of ingredients in a salad dressing to make sure it was safe for me to eat before preparing it herself to guarantee there would be no cross-contamination. While I love Chick fil A, I think the Yukon Okla. location needs better signage for traffic especially during rush hour for lunch. I waited in one line of cars for the drive thru and I was told by the ultra perky worker that I was in the wrong lane and I needed to go and start over and she pointed to a line of cars almost backed into the target parking lot. There was no one that seemed to be directing traffic and cars were going everywhere. I drove off angry and don't know if I will ever go back to this location. It is popular and the parking lot is way too small for the amount of business they do there. I'm surprised if there isn't a lot of fender benders and people getting hit in that tiny lot. Drive by at lunch and you will see the mass chaos of this business. Drive thru at your own risk. It's dangerous. read more

Great food and great service and at a fair price. Our grandchild won't even eat chicken UNLESS it came from here.

I am guessing this chick-fil-a is owned by a different owner or group than the chick-fil-a on Reno and Meridian or on 3rd street to be exact. The service is much better at the 3rd street location along with the food. The salads I get at the Yukon location are puny with many hard inedible chunks of lettuce, 2 puny looking tomatoes a small amount of shredded cheese and always small. I was told they weigh their salads and the one the give me was underweight and apparently the morning people weren't paying attention or something like that and it would be straightened out, apparently this never happened because I got another pathetic salad on my next visit. I have never had this problem at the other location, the salads and sandwiches are always on point. If you want a fresh salad and chicken sandwich and Large drink worth the $ 7.40 they charge (salad definitely not worth the $1.00 upcharge at the Yukon location) then take my advice and go to the 3rd street chick-fil-a location when you are in the area. read more
