Good tasting food. My husband is Greek, so we wanted to try this place. Looked over menu and confusing so just watched the pictures as they flashed up. Garlic Chicken Bowl was the winner. Lots of stuff in it, can't even list it all but the pickled onions were fantastic on top of the rice mixture. Loved the corn too. I couldn't hear the soft speaking guy behind counter so just went with what ever he said. Lol, turned out very good. Sweet tea was good too! Tables could of been cleaner for sure. Little bits of rice everywhere, even on seats. Maybe our area had just emptied out. We went for lunch, so perfect amount. Did not fill me up, so maybe not for supper. read more

Customer service is lacking. Austin was unfriendly and wasn't listening to us about what we wanted in our meals. He was giving very small amounts of the items wanted for our bowls, not a full spoon of anything. I asked for extra steak and said I know it's an up charge and he refused to give me the one extra scoop in my bowl. He said it's two scoops not just one. I explained I only wanted one scoop and I know it's an up charge. He still refused to give me only one scoop. He mouthed off to me when we asked for the complimentary pitas also. He kept asking what we wanted ahead of where he was getting our food and then when we moved to that section we had to tell him again what he had already asked us what we wanted, not sure what that was about. We paid for our order and left. I will not be returning to this place. read more

This is a fast casual Mediterranean style bowl concept that can be a bit confusing and overwhelming the first time you come but don't be afraid to! The food is fresh and tasty and worth trying. Made my own bowl and I highly recommend trying the braised lamb. The bowls are BIG! I could not finish. The meal is pretty pricey for lunch though around $25 with a drink. I wish the tables had been cleaner. I would eat here again. read more

I love Mediterranean food! I had never been to Cava and my friend suggested I try it while traveling thru Oklahoma. I choose to build my own bowl with spicy lamb meatballs, rice and lentils. You get to choose 3 dips so I got fire roasted corn, hummas and eggplant. Topped it off with Harrisa for some added kick and tzatziki to cool things off. They have a decent selection, meat vegetarian and vegan. It was very good and filling. Comes with like 3 triangles of soft pita chips. They have 3 tiny little prepackaged dessert options. I feel here is where they could improve. (Baklava would be a great addition) But overall, it's a quick healthy filling meal. read more

We don't have Cava in the Midwest (at least not in Mn). I've always seen people hype them up on social media so I was excited to try it. We went on a Friday right after lunch rush. It wasn't too busy. There was only 1 person working upfront making all the orders while 2 people were working over by the pop machines and a someone in back cooking the meats. With that being said service was kind of slow & the line was starting to build up. The food was good and flavorful. I'd for sure try it again but I don't think it quite lived up to the hype. I have food allergies. Not popular when eating out for sure. People often behave like i'm picky and give me looks like I have a third eyeball. Jody helped me with my order and he was kind and understanding. He shared that his wife had dietary restrictions and he was full-on supportive and handled all portions of my meal prep personally. Best experience! I would recommend this employee and restaurant to anyone. Five stars awarded cause 10 wasn't an option. read more

I have been to every single Cava in OKC metro, and this one by far takes the cake. Exceptional service. Food here tastes the best. Peaceful and energizing atmosphere. And this is the best staff. Thank you to Jody for going above and beyond and making this the best Cava. He is an awesome employee and is super interactive with guests beyond a "what do you want" type interaction. This place is finally in their zone and the garlicky chicken shawarma is absolutely delicious! I add cucumbers and tomatoes and an extra scoop of hummus and its chefs kiss. This is the best place on earth. Josh the manager is so nice! All of the employees are so kind and so helpful!! They always give me extra pickles when I ask . The best food I have ever tasted in my whole life. It's so magical inside of there. I've been to all the Cavas and trust me, this one is the BEST. The place is everything to me. I had never been to Cava before but I really enjoy Mediterranean food. Wife and I both had the steak and feta pitas. It was very good and a nice lunch stop. That said, those pickles are nasty. Pickles and pitas aren't a good mix, IMO, so skip the pickles or put them on the side. I'll definitely be back. Considering the price, the bowl would be a better value choice moving forward. read more

Tried this out today and must say I am impressed. Med food is often hit or miss with me. But this is flavorful and delicious. Place is brand new in a newer strip. Looks like the strip is going to be loaded with eating spots soon. Service was good. Set up is similar to Qdoba. They do not have regular name brand soda. Four of us dined together. Initially, it was an awesome experience. The restaurant was not busy as we were dining later in the evenings. The server assisted the first 2 in our party with explanations and suggestions as we hadn't eaten there before. The supervisor stepped in to serve the remaking 2 in our group. She was abrupt, and had a sour personality. There was a profound difference in our bowls. Everything tasted great but the experience was lacking. It took a couple of months after they opened to try it. I went by myself and then wished that my whole family was there to try. I have burned my family out. I love the steak and feta pita (with added olives). It's easy to order online. I use the drive through to pick up. Is it always perfect? What is? Sometimes it seems spicy? But it is my comfort food place and the people are nice. I can eat a whole pita and feel sickly full or share it with my husband and be satisfied. I think the pickles are a love it or hate it... I love it!! And the pickled onions are amazing!! I think my family doesn't want to ask me what I'd like to eat anymore Thank you for the comfort food! read more

I usually have a pretty good experience there but not tonight. The rice was barely cooked and very crunchy, I got barely any meat, the bowl wasn't even 1/2 full, and adding more meat meant an up charge. for $16 I'd like to at least have a full bowl. Please do better and train your people better, Cava. read more

Love cava, but this location has horrible service, not friendly and not apologetic if they get your order wrong. Portion sizes aren't as good here either, and food quality isn't the same as the OKC location. Been a few times now and just disappointed. Needs new management. read more

Well I normally have a good experience here. I arrived at the DT pickup window 8 minutes after my app told me to be there. Order wasn't ready, which was more than fine. So I thought id ask her to do me a favor which was put those yummy little pitta crisps that go on top of your bowl on the side instead of on top (yes it was on my order). She voiced the she wasn't sure what to put them in and I said oh maybe one of those little bags. So she said ok. Well it was all fine until she opened the window and literally shoved the bag in my face and almost immediately shut the window. The only reason I didn't give it 2 stars is because the food is fricking amazing. read more

Fresh and healthier alternative to all the other fast food 'build your own style' (bowl/pita) restaurants. Enjoyed the classic greek chicken pita. Food is fresh and flavorful, the concept similar to Qudoba. The line moves a little slow but I think that is because customers are trying to decide what to add to their dish. Staff were very friendly and patient. They also have some cool drinks. read more

I especially loved the manager named Rico, It was my first time so it was really nice of him to walked me through the line an explaining how their process works, He gave me some really good options to try for next time. The food was good but the service was horrible. It felt like everyone behind the counter were zombies. The cashier rang up the person in front is me wrong (added me to their order) and then didn't apologize. Then we waited for it to be fixed and the crew acted like it was our fault - even though I was still working in my order. On top of it all I paid almost $20 for a single bowl and drink. I get this place is still new but it's not running well. I won't be back to this location. read more
