I called the restaurant on their direct number and placed an order with the person that answered the phone, a very simple order of some wings. We found this place on Maps on the way thru Yukon. We were greeted as soon as we walked in; seated ourselves; it was after the lunch rush so not too busy. Our waitress was Jennifer, nice and attentive; she answered the questions we had. We ordered baked meatballs to try-yum! Wow, popular place on a Friday night. I had dinner at Tokyo Moon and then stopped in here for a couple beers and watch the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings games, the bartenders were very friendly and professional and they definitely had their groove on with as busy as it was. Louie's seems to always be the safe option that nobody in my circle friends want to go to. We know the food will be decent, but it's just kind of boring almost. I decided to mix it up for a work break and try something new. I was really craving a quesadilla and went for the Chicken Quesadilla Supreme. Since it didn't come with anything (lame), I got a side order of Mac N Cheese. The quesadilla was a lot better than I thought it'd be. Stuffed with big chunks of grilled chicken, black bean salsa, cheese, onions, etc; I didn't really have a boring bite. The salsa that came with it was delicious, I just wish they gave some chips along side it. Sure it was nice dipping the quesadilla in, but considering you're paying almost $10 for an average size quesadilla with no side, a couple measly chips wouldn't hurt. The Mac N Cheese was not bad. Decent portion with a spicy but cheesy sauce. I probably should have just got an order of fries but like I said, I wanted to mix it up. Service was great, both on the phone, and when I went to pick up my order. The girl who checked me out had a genuine smile and asked how my day was going. That definitely bumped the review up a star. I was kind of in between a 3 and 4 because of the food, but the service deserved it.
