A really cool and novel breakfast/lunch spot that creatively uses their space on an old school bus…read more Friendly owners, good food. I thought the breakfast burrito was great except it was a little heavy on the potatoes and could have been balanced better with more eggs and less potato. Also their red salsa that was supposed to be the hot one needs a lot more heat, it almost wasn't there at all, but perhaps it's just par for the area. But the real shining star dish from here is the quesabirrias with complimentary consomé, but I think they call it cheesy beef tacos or something like that. Breakfast is only served until 10am, but they do the breakfast burritos until closing at 2pm. Dont skip this great spot!

Such a fun little bus full of food! The owners are very kind and personable and awesome chefs too…read more The food here is tasty and reasonably priced too, which always makes my experience "that much better". I went with a group of family and friends and got to try a bite or two of various items on the menu. The biscuits and gravy had a nice flavor, it was hard to find the them underneath the heaping of gravy that covers the plate, but having too much food shouldn't be a bad thing. The pancakes were delightful and delicious and huge! I got to try the CrossFit Burrito and boy oh boy that was a winner. It was large and in charge, perfect to cut in half and share--and the homemade salsa topped it off perfectly. I also got a bite of Monte Cristo, not my favorite and it was the most expensive item, but it was alright to try. The bus has a fun atmosphere but it's a little squishy--they do have outdoor seating, but that's no fun when it's pouring rain. Overall, fun and fabulous! I recommend making a pit stop here when you can. TIPS & TRICKS: * Bring your appetite or just share! Again, plenty of food and you'll definitely have leftovers. * You can take your meal to go if you don't have time to have an easy, slow breakfast morning.

The check-in experience was excellent! We had a ton of questions and they were all answered…read moreverbally and, in most cases, in writing. We loved learning that the in-door pool opened at 7am. Plenty early enough for us to still get on the road early for a leisurely drive through the Grand Teton in the morning. Our room was nice. Since we are elderly and our room was on the second floor (no elevator) , it was very convenient to have a room close to the stairs. We were amazed that there were no USB ports at all in our room. Who doesn't provide USB ports? The front desk staff were very helpful in providing information on nearby businesses where we could buy USB charging ports for our iPhone charging cables and our portable batteries. We enjoyed all the other amenities in our room. We loved the facilities themselves. The restaurant was outstanding! We were greeted enthusiastically as soon as we crossed the threshold. Our server, Jamie, was superb in every way--her demeanor, her knowledge of the food items, her interest in the fact that this is our "Birthday Road Trip" and her quality service. We are so glad Jamie raved about the Huckleberry lemonade and encouraged us to try it. That lemonade was delicious! The food was outstanding ! The portions were so large, as much as we hated to, we couldn't finish those huge steaks or all of the corn appetizer. The garlic mashed potatoes and garlic beans were delicious. What was especially beautiful about the beans is that they were cooked just right. Jamie served us bread with what she explained is their signature whipped mascarpone cream with honey . It was so very good. We loved being in the restaurant and lingered after our dinner. We loved the ambiance, the service (Jamie helped us celebrate our birthdays), the music playing in the background, the room temperature and the fire burning in the fireplace. It was a wonderful dining experience and we hated to have it end. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

The restaurant onsite (5 stars) is amazing for dinner. Great job on our steak dinners. Chef even…read morecame to check on us, special touch. Room was a bit old (2 stars), could use improvement on vibe of the rooms. For the Continental bfast I would recommend HOT eggs/scrambled etc like other motels/hotels. But staff is friendly.
