Chicken had crispy skin and was moist and delicious on the inside. The herbs, spices, and seasoning was perfect: earthy, but not overpowering with the perfect amount of salt. The sides were generous and the plantains were amazing! Perfectly caramelized and sweet as candy. Yucca fries were crispy and creamy on the inside. The woman who waited on me was very nice and she worked through our language barrier patiently. (Duo Lingo Spanish here.) All the food was received well by our crew and they were pleased to be able to partake in what was left after the meal was done. The White Rice comes with peas and carrots right in it. We had reservations to dine at Amazonia, we arrived before our reservation time and were greeted not very amicably. The service the rest of the night was equally as mediocre. When we were done another 15 min went by before we got the check even though there were only 3 tables occupied.
