We always try to stop here when My husband makes a run to Georgia . We have been many times . The employees have always been nice and helpful! I wished we had one where We lived in Alabaster,Al. I tried the Greek Goddess which is a Mediterranean Chicken salad w/ feta and olives. I want this to stay on the menu. I also tried their Chicken and rice soup. It tasted like a chowder to me and very comforting on a cold day. We also got a slice of cake which we were told was a white chocolate cake. It was more like just vanilla with cream cheese frosting. It was still good just a bit sweet(just my personal preference-)I dont eat cake alot. This is a solid place to eat lighter food which is truly needed in the sea of FF options everywhere. The food is always good. It might be simple to some (chicken salad) but they always try to change it up. It's my favorite quick meal place. I have nothing but good things to say :) Thank you! I am a big chicken salad fan and have seen posts about this place being the greatest thing to happen with the chicken salad. I convinced by passengers to pull off in route to Atlanta and it was a easy drive through off the highway and the menu is pretty straight forward and staff was friendly, but the food was just eh... I tried three of the chicken salads one scoop each with crackers and a croissant and think it was way way over hyped for me. I really feel like it was just okay. Decent flavor on the olivia old south, but I would say it's on par with Publix or Whole Food and the other two were dill and bbq and really were mediocre at best. This was my first time eating at chicken salad chick and it was very good. The chicken salad was absolutely perfect. The broccoli salad was a little dry. I didn't expect it to be so dry. Delicious food and top notch service. I have had Chicken Salad Chick prior to visiting this location, so I went in with high expectations and a little bit of nostalgia. This location delivered and then some. I got the Kickin' Kay Lynne and my grandmother, who is VERY particular about her chicken salad, got the Fancy Nancy. We both loved our meals! I really enjoy eating here. It's pricey, but you pay for the quality, and I get plenty to eat. The grape salad is my favorite side, and I always get the Sassy Scotty as my scoop. They have a large variety of options to choose from, including spicy options. They also have pimento cheese and egg salad. Great food, but needs more work on the customer service. A heads up...if you have a call in, they will not let you pick up through the drive thru. I had two sleeping children and needed to pick up a call in through the drive thru. After I explained the situation, they said I still had to pick up inside. (I would understand if it was platters that couldn't fit through the window, which was not the case.) Okay...so I wake my kids up from their naps and go inside with my hands clearly full. They then hand me my bag, which did not have handles, and watch me juggle the paper bag, my baby, wallet, and preschooler with no offer to help me.
