I placed an order, which took 45 minutes because when I got there 15 minutes later, they haven't even touched the order. They did have a large order in front of me. Then, I proceeded to witness staff arguing with each other, and looked around noticing the store was in disarray and dirty. The next person tried to order on the kiosk, couldn't, and the staff member could not take his order...literally. She couldn't understand what he wanted and just kind of gave up? He left muttering profanity and the next customer stood there for like 15 minutes. The gentleman from the back, who should've been preparing my order, came out to tell her she had to order on the kiosk. At which, she got mad and left. No other orders, no cars, no people..on a Thursday night. I did get my order and was a little nervous to eat it after seeing the condition of the store. I did eat it and the food was decent. About a 3, thus my review. I know the workers showed up, and that is at least something. However, they were not able to run the store or manage the customers. I wondered where in the world the management was??? It's sad that a manager or owner would let a franchise be run in this fashion and not really seem to be involved in the operation. Sadly, good businesses do not last even if the product is tasty.
