Just gave a generic "it takes 13-15 minutes to cook a so and so style steak". They could have discounted or gave something as a courtesy due to this mistake. The rolls don't taste the same. They don't taste like fresh hot rolls, they taste like pre made in the freezer buns. They are also small. The ribs don't taste grilled either. They taste boiled and then on the grill for a few minutes to get grill marks. Very disappointing that I have rewards account, but there are no real rewards to redeem as well. That's very disappointing.
