However, foodwise it falls a little short right at 2.5 stars reason being is that my friend ordered a medium rare steak but had to send it back because it was very bloody and the meat was very red and when she got a another steak it still wasn't cooked the way she had ordered it. My mac n cheese had more of an alfredo sauce taste rather than a cheesy sauce with hardly any bacon it also came out cold. I did order a baked potato on the side without sour cream and they did add the sour cream however the waiter was kind enough to bring me a potato without sour cream so no issues there. Overall, I would rate this steak a 7/10 compared to the 9.5/10 at Texas Roadhouse. It wasn't our first time here but it's been a few years. Friendly hostess, which was a great start! The server was prompt, brought drink refills without even being asked, and was overall pleasant. This use to be one of favorite places so much so my husband nicknamed it Old Faithful. Our last few visits have been terrible, steak not cooked properly, usually over cooked and staff inattentive. We came here on a Tuesday evening. They do have plenty of parking outside. I don't know if they take reservations. We walked in and there wasn't a wait and the restaurant had a crowd. The restaurant has a cute western theme. We selected a booth and were seated. We ordered the shrimp appetizer which was more than enough to share. My husband ordered the baked chicken meal and he selected a sweet potato for his side. I had the salmon with a double portion of broccoli. Our meals were delicious. My favorite was the shrimp. Steaks were done as ordered and were very tender, juicy, and flavorful. Appetizers and drinks were very good too. Kid's Sirloin steak ordered for 7-y old girl was finished in no time. The service by Cindy was quick, polite, and attentive. Overall we had a great experience! The only little wrinkle was the kid's steak slightly burnt on one side (see picture), but it still tasted great. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area! My mom and I came here for a celebration. We both ordered the white peach sangrias, which were the right amount of sweetness. The bread seemed crustier than normal this time, and didn't taste as good as it usually does. I was very impressed by the portion sizes. I ordered the 6 oz Flo's Filet with loaded mashed potatoes--these are life changing, you need to try them if you haven't!--as well as a Caesar salad. After searching Yelp for steakhouse options we landed in Longhorns vs the other places about 20 minutes away. It was excellent for the price and service. First - service was outstanding. They never skipped a beat! Second - the food was really good. Filet was juicy and large. The stuffed mushrooms were very good. The salad was fresh! Lastly - the value was on point. Longhorn is one of my favorite restaurants because of how amazing the service is all the time. Every time we are seated with a waiter, they are always friendly, fast, and attentive. This was my first time at this location, and I was impressed. We got seated pretty quickly. Our waitress showed up with the bread and two waters. Usually, they bring the bread after we order drinks so I was super happy to have some so quick. Im obsessed with the bread, and you can always ask if they can give you cinnamon sugar butter. Eating at this restaurant is a great family experience because it is a very welcoming environment. For me, eating out is all about service. No one wants to go out to eat and have a crappy experience. During quarantine though, when we had few curbside options, this Longhorn location was on it. Fast service, fresh food, pleasant staff - everything you could ask for during such a tough time. Longhorn had a limited menu during quarantine and I found that their crispy chicken sandwich is delicious! It isn't offered on the regular menu now, but if you ask, they will make it for you. The food was delicious , except my actual entree was cold. The server called the manager over. He removed my entree from the bill, and came back shortly after and offered me a dessert to take home. It happened to be my son's birthday and Angelo brought him some longhorn swag. Only big challenge was that they were out of a long list of items. No complaints on the service. Big complaint on horribly salty food. I've been here twice in 6 months. Last time ordered Parmesan crusted chicken. It was so salty after 4 bites I quit. Today ordered the LH burger. Again, horribly salty. It's like they salt the food before they bring it out and the cap on the salt shaker fell off and you end up with the whole bottle of salt on your entre. We will no longer be eating here.
