Soy garlic bone-in wings and fries
    Jake H.

Friendly staff and AMAZING food. Best chicken wings I've had in years. Perfectly crispy, the sauces were incredible, and those were the meatiest wings I've ever eaten. I highly recommend the soy garlic sauce.

The number 4 spicy soy sauce wings.
    Dave H.

The wings were meaty and delicious. I tried the number 4, it had the spicy soy sauce and had three different options for chicken (born in, boneless, and chicken tenders). There are a few tables to eat indoors.

4 pieces tenders with sauces on side.

Any waiter that hears the bell comes to your table to assist. The response never took longer than 20 seconds most of the time. To start the appetizer tray at the beginning is an awesome touch that I'm not used to in other places I have tried. It kind of took the guess work out of ordering in my opinion so I only had to focus on what meat or dish I wanted since my sides were already selected and refillable for free through the course of the meal. We ordered the seafood sundubu, beef bulgogi, and sweat and spicy korean fried chicken wings. The portion size was very generous on the wings and on the crispier side which my wife prefers. The seafood sundubu was delicious and was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of tofu and seafood types in the dish. The beef bulgogi was also tasty and as I said before just scratched that korean food craving that we had. This has been added to our rotation of date night locations for us! Oh also the bathrooms are very clean.

I ordered the kalbi and cold noodles for $26.00, and both were absolutely delicious. I had gone a few days without meat, so it was especially satisfying. I also enjoyed the banchan, and I finished everything except the fish cakes, which are just not my favorite. Overall, I really appreciated the meal and the experience. I'll definitely be back soon to try the kimchi stew.

It's located in an outdoor shopping center, and although the restaurant is on the smaller side, the interior design and decor reminded me of many of the Korean BBQ restaurants back home in California. It felt cozy and authentic. This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We ordered the Small Beef Combo, 2 side of rice, Korean dumplings, and the strawberry basil lemonade. The only unlimited items are the traditional Korean side dishes. We were served five different banchan along with two salads. While they didn't bring every available side dish, the ones we received were actually very good. Unfortunately, the service is what ruined the experience for me. Our server, Huy, was also serving my friends' family seated at the table next to us. They had ordered the same Small Beef Combo. When Huy started grilling our brisket, he accidentally dropped one of our slices of meat onto the floor. He paused, clearly noticed it, and so did everyone at our table. However, there was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no offer to replace the piece. He simply continued cooking as if nothing had happened. A few moments later, he placed a Prime Ribeye on our grill. I told him we hadn't ordered that cut--it belonged to my friends' table. He then picked up the entire plate of raw ribeye from our grill and transferred it to their table. Even though they were our friends sitting right next to us, that didn't seem like proper food handling. When I mentioned the mix-up, he simply said the kitchen had made a mistake. Again, there was no apology. Toward the end of the meal, it seemed like Huy realized I was unhappy, but he never addressed either incident. The missing piece of brisket wasn't a significant financial loss, and the food itself was good. My disappointment was with the service. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What matters is acknowledging them, apologizing, and making a reasonable effort to make things right. A simple apology and replacing the dropped piece of meat would have completely changed my impression. Because of the service, I don't plan on returning, which is unfortunate because the food and atmosphere were otherwise enjoyable.

We drove an hour to eat here, and we are more than satisfied with the food and service. The service was very friendly and extremely quick. Once we had ordered our food, I went to the bathroom and by the time I got back we had already received our banchan, shrimp tempura appetizer, and bulgogi, followed by everything else shortly after. All the food came out fresh and the bulgogi came out sizzling on a hot skillet ready for us. All the meat we ate was very tender and flavorful. The yukgaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup, 육개장) was slightly different than what we are used to, as it was more like small slices of beef rather than shredded; however, this is not a complaint as the meat was still extremely tender and almost melted in my mouth. Overall the soup was delicious and exactly what we were looking for. I also wanted to mention the banchan and how fresh it was. There honestly was not a dish that we didn't enjoy, even the fried chicken was amazing (we were so full we had to bring it home). My mother even said she would eat there everyday if we lived closer. At the end of the meal, we were brought watermelon slices. I was tempted to ask how they picked their watermelons or where they got them from, because they were soooo sweet and delicious! It was refreshing after eating all that food. Overall, we will be back 100% and ready to try more menu items. I highly recommend that if you enjoy authentic Korean food, you come here as this is now our #1 spot over Hodori in Mesa.
