The Grippos dry rub and the Cajun lemon pepper were great but the dirt bowl classic just had some sort of flavor that made everyone with us dislike them...maybe cinnamon but can't put my finger on it. While it's not exactly fine dining, it's clearly better than it was before. Service was better and friendlier, and I do appreciate the use of durable plates and actual metal cutlery instead of disposables. They had more non-fried options on the menu than they used to (like grilled salmon), and the restaurant is cleaner than it was (probably because its brand new). It's still a chain fast food place, but it's clearly a step up from the place it was before the fire.
