I haven't eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in many years. I've had some of my offices order it. But this is the first time eating at this location. It's 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The waitress is helpful and friendly. I just wanted some wings and she helped me take advantage of the BOGO wings reward via the app. Very kind of her. As I wait for my order, I can't but help be annoyed by the music. It is way too loud for an empty restaurant. And the music choice is more for a party, not for 2pm on a Tuesday. I considered leaving but stuck it out. I'm still waiting on my order of wings. I didn't order anything else and the place isn't busy, so why are these taking so long? Still waiting. This is crazy. I havent been to Bdubs in awhile. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with a hot sauce, blue cheese on the side. Waitress asked me if I wanted grilled or fried chicken. I asked for grilled. The wrap came out and I was perplexed. The grilled chicken was shredded, like from a can. I addressed this with the waitress, she said, that's grilled. I said no, its shredded. It was not pleasant. I've normally had a pretty good experience with online pickup orders at this location over the last couple of years. But man, I don't know what happened, but the traditional wings my wife and I got tonight were the absolute worst wings either of us have ever had. We moved to Frankfort 2 years ago but this was our first visit to bdubs. We were aware of the bad reviews but honestly we couldn't find another place that carried the UK game today since it wasn't on any of the common channels. We arrived just before kickoff and got a great seat in the bar area with so many TVs around us. There seemed to be only one waitress/bartender for that whole side but she was great. Her name was Linsey and I can't give kudos enough. We had the mozzarella sticks and some wings and both were really good. We have not visited BWW for awhile, now we remember WHY!!! It was so crowded, the tables are literally right on top of each other. Very uncomfortable seating arrangements. Our waiter had too many tables and couldn't keep up. I never got or was asked if I wanted or needed a Pepsi refill...bad bad bad!!! Why does the BWW god hate me? WHY?!? It seems that everytime I come here, my order is last, comes out late or comes out wrong AND i have been here a number of times. This is probably the reason that I never make BWW a suggestion when lunch time rolls around. First, I can't tell if this particular Thursday lunch rush is normal. I assume it might be. Let me say BDubs has finally stepped up their game. Bye bye paper boat bowls that your food is served on. You'll notice on the two pics I've posted they are now using small metal trays. THANK YOU!!! Those paper boat bowls were the most annoying things to eat out of EVER. Bdubs can be a little pricey, however, they do have specials throughout the week which is when I try to go. Tuesday's is buy one get one boneless and on Thursday is boneless wing day and each wing is $.65 at this location (check with your location for participation and pricing). I like their chicken wings. I like their sauces. I like that I can watch Tennis and Football at the same time. That's about all the things I like about this place. My greatest problem here is the looooong wait for food almost every time. I mean, it's mostly wings. What takes them so long? The service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are always around and sometimes they are just MIA. The food is just okay. Onion rings, fried pickles - meh. I used to like their buffalo chicken wrap and used to order it all the time but they have somehow managed to mess it up lately. The chicken quesadilla is always bland and lacking something. I love the Thai curry and Garlic Parmesan sauces. The potato wedges are perfectly seasoned always. As for drinks, the beers are great. The wild berry margarita is good too. The over hyped Buffalo Zoo that I tried once was underwhelming. Once when I ordered online and picked up the food, I was utterly disappointed by the driest wings on earth - they forgot to toss it with the sauce! And this place charges for carrots and celery too. Totally legit BWW experience. Came here for the World Cup final and had some awesome wings, a trough of deep fried pickles and quick, responsive service. Always love the medium wings (all drums please) with plenty of ranch. Only issue was it was super cold in there. Obviously the AC was set for 200 people and we basically froze. The Asian zing sauce is so good, it's sweet and hot goes great on bone in or boneless wings. The fries were well fries so they were good. The grilled chicken salad was pretty yummy. House sampler was great, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, wings, nachos all were good! The server who did our curbside order was polite and professional 5 stars to her. I love wings. This Buffalo Wild Wings has slower service when things are normal. However their curbside process is absolutely amazing and the employees have been so friendly. On Thursday's, you get BOGO boneless wings and on Tuesday's they offer BOGO traditional wings. My favorite thing on their entire menu is the sampler platter! read more

So this review is only based on pick up. I placed an order and when I walked in to pick it up the ladies at the register told me apparently someone else grabbed my order. They told me people just walk up and take orders because the orders are not behind the counter they are left on a rack for ANYONE to walk up and grab. Not to mention the fact that someone could go through your order is quite disturbing. How about Not leaving customers orders on a rack that everyone walking through has access to. My food arrived while she was still working, but she was getting ready to leave. She asked if I wanted to be transferred to the new bartender or to be closed out. I explain how no one ever came to check on me because I would've loved to of had another drink or a water or napkin or something. He said he was coaching his people on that now. It has been a few years since I have been here and I seriously doubt I will be back. The bad experience starts with the hostess who seemed put out that we walked through the door. The beer was good and cold and I would have loved more than one, but was never asked. The dusted brisket tater tots were missing ingredients and my wife's brisket tacos were tuff. Was charged for ranch I didn't order, was given one ketchup packet and waitress was rude when asked for more... I mean it's usually on the tables. I definitely won't be back. I've rarely had a good experience here. When I walk in the door I am ignored by every employee for the first 5-10 minutes. Food takes a while to come out. If you are ordering take out, might as well show up 10 to 20 minutes after the app says your food should be done. Once again, when you go to pick it up, expect to be ignored for 10 minutes. My review rating reflects the fact that the food is generally good. Maybe they are short handed. Maybe there are issues with turn over. I'm not sure. But the services is not that great. read more

Been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for ages and I won't even touch the Georgetown one where I live (horrible there FYI) they always seem to have great service. For lunches you can tell them you're on lunch and they rush you in and out as quick as you need. For carry out, they normally take no more than 10-20 minutes depending on the order size. For that after work "I need to grab a drink just because" they have great happy hour specials in the bar (where I prefer to sit since service is always quicker). Part of this review is restaurant specific and he other is in general. I like BWW. I think their sauces are good and offer a wide variety of options. I do think they are overpriced considering what you get. Came to this location for happy hour. The server didn't seem to know much about their happy hour. She didn't know prices, just kept saying it's $1 off or handed us the menu, which did not have the prices on it. Not a big deal, but she didn't offer to check. Everyone was surprised when they got their checks and it was $25+ per person. Wouldn't recommend BWW for happy hour. Other than that, our service was great. She kept checking on us and we felt like we had great service. Just would've been nice to know how much things are. read more
