Because they live in Southern California they wanted to have some options for all of us to stay at. This one marked off all the boxes! It was built in the 1904 with some original brick walls in the entry. Its a great location with parking garage next door and Walking distance to shops and restaurants! A real PLUS is they have a nice restaurant inside called The Grill with a full bar. Air conditioned rooms with free wifi and an elevator. Bank of America is across the street and the Rawbar is right next door! Great safe location! I can't wait to stay there with friends!

This was the first sign that I was in for a special treat. As we drove down into the canyon I automatically felt at ease, not only with Dulcy, but with the location as well. Dulcy was right when she said the canyon is a great place for rejuvenation and reclaiming one's life. The location couldn't be more spectacular. The retreat center is surrounded by the walls of the canyon that jut up all around. The seclusion not only removes you from all the hustle and bustle of daily life but it allows for you to be at one with nature. During my stay there, I loved watching the hummingbirds and finches visit the various feeders as well as the bird bath. That in and of itself was a calming experience. The creek is also within walking distance and can be accessed at various points along the trail. Dulcy and her team have worked hard to create multiple spaces for rest and relaxation along the creek where visitors can sit and take in their surroundings. When I first arrived she made sure she took me on a guided tour to familiarize me with the trail and creek. Dulcy is an excellent hostess and my time at the retreat center exceeded my expectations. Her love for the canyon, it's wildlife, and her desire to share it with others really shines through. Thank you Dulcy for such a special experience. I can't wait to come back again!

They have great amenities, including free cookies, 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby, a gym, a pool, a hot tub, and free breakfast. The breakfast is great. Hot food items like eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and potatoes. They also have a waffle maker, oatmeal bar, fruit, yogurt, etc. Honestly, it's one of the best hotel breakfasts I've encountered in recent years. The rooms are nice, and I enjoy the modern styling. The digital key feature is awesome, letting you check in and use your phone as your room key without even visiting the front desk. The location is convenient and has lots around it, such as shopping and restaurants. It can be a bit tough to find at first because it's tucked so far back in a parking lot, but once you find it, there is plenty of free parking, some of which is even covered. Half of my electrical outlets in this apartment suddenly stopped working last night (11/16/2022) I put in a maintenance request to have it looked at. This morning , they said they would send a vendor over to coordinate with me to fix the issue. I asked if they would reach out to me sometime today, no response. I am aware that Thursday is the end of their work week and I have not heard from the vendor they said would contact me or the main office. So going into the weekend, I don't have electricity in half of my home and no one else to reach out to bc their after hrs emergency maintenance option hung up on me when I called them to ask questions. If you are trolling this page to see how your Property Management is doing, please hire more responsive people in the main office, an after hrs service that understands how to communicate properly, and vendors who are capable of responding to service requests. Update: The second person who picked up at the after hrs line picked up kindly and calmly submitted another request for me. A gentleman working at the office late this evening returned my frantic message, and changed the vendor who had the maintenance job assigned to them. Someone called me to leave a message to let me know (I think it might've been the same after hrs phone service employee who I spoke to). The new vendor made it to my apartment this evening and quickly fixed the issue. will have to submit another maintenance request to look into it further, bc the same issue keeps happening and the electrical on that side of the house keeps shutting down.

We rented a property from Power West after losing our home in the Eaton fire. The house was filthy…read morewhen we took possession. Dirt, cobwebs and dead bugs throughout. The couches were so gross with grime and what looked like blood stains, we had to buy seat covers before sitting on them. We bought cleaning supplies and spit shined the place our first day and again before we vacated. We left it so clean the maids were confused when they arrived because they had nothing to do. We left the house and back yard in far better shape than we found it. Shockingly, our deposit was returned minus a $400 cleaning fee. We should have charged them twice that for cleaning the property twice. Tried calling the office two times to recoup the remainder of our deposit. They don't answer the phone and messages went unreturned.
