I receive better guest service at Ralph Lauren while they are crowded and busy than when I visit BB while they are dead... There were 3 people on staff today while my partner and I were in the store. There wasn't a friendly hello or any kind of engagement when we walked in. They were having a big sale and there was not any commentary about it or information. They huddled at the counter while we shopped and were not hardly helpful. We were consistently having to go to the counter to ask them questions. I get more help in the BB section at Von Maur than at their outlet. What seemed to be the manager on duty had a headphone in one ear while engaging with us. We asked another employee to have my partners measurements be taken and it was like we had asked him to do something unreasonable. It's saddening that BB is a brand I enjoy, but I can't get the help I need hardly ever when I visit no matter the time of day.

When my transaction was completed the salesperson highlights the 3 magazine names. I ask her if this is a deal where I will have to call cancel. She said yes by 9/20/16 and wrote that on the receipt as well. What SHE DID NOT TELL me was they were going to GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO to a 3rd party magazine company. This information is written on the sales receipt which you do not see until the transaction is completed!

There are too many online ways to get clothes to have to deal with this.

The next day: "so it's 30% off floor models, we got the green light to sell them this morning" Me: "I was here last night, and told you'd honor the sale that ended ... hours ago" The store manager: they had no right to tell you that. We're not doing that. It's 30% off floor models. So I have to pay 40$ MORE for a tree with no box because you wanted to wait a day to sell me this tree? And your employee lied to me? When every other target started selling their trees earlier this week and you KNEW you weren't getting more of them since they're sold out online( confirmed by the manager). She said yes. Cool. Completely ridiculous. Really put the capitalism in Christmas. They can honor 14 day sales after and refund the difference but not 1 day before. Worst target ever.
