Special occasion shoes or needing some serious retail therapy - get with Betsy in shoes and she'll take care of all your needs on the ground floor. I also love that this department store is flip-flopped from every other shop in this aspect: cosmetics is upstairs so you don't have to walk through perfume land to get to the sportswear. I'm scent sensitive, so I LOVE that. And the cosmetics folks are quick and really know their business. I also adore Kathleen who is the onsite facial magician. In this era of online shopping and using actual stores as showrooms, Balliets proves why brick and mortar stores have a valid and important place in retail.
