I am attending a wedding in November and planned on just wearing my old prom dress. From the moment I entered the store I was amazed at how beautiful all the gowns were! Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! She even took photos of me in each gown so I could compare and contrast! Yelitza made my shopping experience extremely rewarding and fun! She even helped me look at jewelry to match and came up with great ideas for my hair and makeup. I can't thank her enough for the experience I had in the store. My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.

My most purchased items are jewelry. It was not until recently that I discovered it was a consignment shop. I had quite a few things I wanted to sell and realized I could do it at The Attic. I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!

There was the same ugly top placed throughout the store. It is the type of store where you tell them what you are looking for and what size and they walk to a hanging section that feels unorganized and pull stuff out for you to try on. The woman who helped us started out very nice until she found out how much money my friend wanted to spend, around $150.00. They aparrantly don't have any dresses less than $225.00. My friend said that she wanted to try on some dresses. Aparantly the merchandise they carry is "European". The woman working said it several times. These were very plain dresses for how much they cost, there was nothing great about them. I am sure if you are willing to spend $$$ they would be really helpful but we felt like we got the brush-off. My friend's mom swears by this store and loves shopping here. I guess it depends on what kind of shopping experience you like. If you like to browse, forget it. Amazing store, amazing owner!…read more I stopped by tonight to pick up some spell candles for my best friend, and while I was there , the kind owner saw my pain, and my sadness, (it's been a crazy long week of ups and downs) I bought a goddess figurine which kind of just called to me- she came from around the register area to give me a hug, and reassure me that everything was going to be ok! No one has ever touched me the way she has! She could see right through me and that I was having a difficult week. She made my whole weekend better just by caring! Deff stop by this store, if even just to say hi! You won't be disappointed! Oh and the dog is awfully cute too :)

The only bad thing, is every time we come to this shopping center, it seams that another store has left... they have more and more empty stores.. very sad.
