During my purchase, one of my items was accidentally scanned twice, which I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home and checked my receipt. Another issue was the way the transaction was handled. While my payment was still processing, the cashier turned around and stopped assisting me. When the payment finished, instead of handing me my receipt like she did with the customers before me, she simply told me to grab it myself from the machine. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I already tried resolving this with the store manager ABBY, but my concerns were dismissed, so I'm now reaching out for further assistance and hoping this issue is taken seriously.

The basement is full of books, records, VHS tapes, DVDs, and miscellaneous home goods. I didn't get the chance to get the woman who was working there's name, but she was very welcoming and kind - I was in the basement going through the books for well over an hour, and I never once got the vibe that I was overstepping. In the email he assured me that he'd make sure to fix the issues I had expressed in my previous review. He also listed for me all of the prices of the hats there, most of which were under the price or just the same as hats at lids. The hats that were pricier were hats with custom brims. I was glad for the clarification and reassurance. I went in a day later and to my surprised the issues I'd mentioned in my previous review were gone, no more crappy display shoes and odor thank you! And the first thing that I saw when I walked in was the owner Robert hard at work and fixing up the displays on the floor himself. This let me know how dedicated he is to his business and how sincere and serious he is about custom satisfaction. After speaking with him in person he convinced me to come by the store again. I came back and bought a very nice hat. Thank goodness for good owners like Robert. I'm definitely a fan and will be back.

My kohls card stopped working so I got on the phone with customer service and again... huffing and puffing. Customer service finally told me that my card was available for usage and all problems were resolved but somehow my card, with a balance of more than 500, was still "declining" in which the cashier was saying so loud, but it's okay, anyways he kept saying my card was declining although I had not inserted, tapped, or even enter my phone number.
