Took a half day off from work on Monday expecting the tires to arrive because I called three times and was assured they would. Never arrived. Danny said he accessed the situation and would call me in the morning. No call. I called yet again and Danny said the tires were on the way. Called again later and they never arrived. I decided to just cancel the order. Worst tire shop experience ever. Take your business elsewhere. I did.

They were so thorough! And friendly! And clean! The place looks so professional... almost like what one would imagine a major chain brand building would be. But they did find something that was concerning to them. They notified us and explained it all in detail. Then they have us a list of recommended flushes since my car was almost at 100,000 miles.
