It was well kept, plenty of parking, everyone (including my Doctor) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and most importantly it was super clean! I was pleasantly surprised to even notice how wonderful of an experience I had and altho I don't want to be sick, it won't be more of a painful trip if/when I do have to go back.

I was worried about the surgery because this could affect my gait. I made the call and received an appointment with Dr. Michael Reuter. I hit the jackpot! From that appointment until my release date, Dr. Reuter has been fabulous. Not only did he take excellent care of my foot but he also made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Of course, I had many, many questions but Dr. Reuter always took the time to answer every one. It was so reassuring to me to know that Dr. Reuter was doing all the worrying and that I could concentrate on healing. Dr. Reuter - thank you for everything even though it doesn't seem enough. Surgery scheduled easily and I was in by 6am and home soon after noon. I did feel like I got rushed out of there but that's the hospital not the office Had an allergic reaction within 24 hours. Called and sent a picture, absolutely no help at all since I wasn't willing to drive over an hour there when I was still slightly groggy from anesthesia Isn't that why we can send a picture? To avoid an unnecessary trip, not to mention dangerous- asking a patient to drive 36 hours after surgery. I'll deal with the side effect so I don't risk my life or anyone else's. I was very disappointed in that and then my post op was fine but the attitude was chilly because I chose not to continue with a revision- at that time. It wasn't off the table but I wanted to give it a try and I'm glad I did because after a rough start, I'm doing great. So yes, I totally recommend Dr Giovanni, she's friendly personable and did a great job but was disappointed with the after surgery care and the chilly reception at my post op. I won't say avoid her, but if you're prone to allergic reactions or issues after surgery have a back up plan with your primary. Thankfully my primary ordered me something that would help and make me more comfortable. She cares about her patients comfort

Dr. Giovanni took care of me for one particular health problem and I was very much satisfied with…read moreher and how her office handled things. She is a busy surgeon with a broad repertoire of skills and her staff got me an appointment in short order for my problem. Unfortunately, she had a surgical emergency that required her to cancel office hours, but the fact that she deals with such serious cases in addition to her other workload means she is a very competent, broadly trained physician. When she did finally see me, she was able to address my problem and fix it rather quickly, offering a timely solution. Note that anyone can perform surgery, now they have robots that can do it, but what distinguishes a good surgeon from a mediocre one is that the competent surgeon knows when *not* to operate or perform a seriously invasive procedure. Thankfully, Dr. Giovanni knew exactly what to do and I was sent on my way with a much less invasive procedure than I had anticipated. Her bedside manner was excellent, and she not only answered all my questions, but treated me like a human being and gave importance to all my concerns. Overall I would happily refer family and friends to this surgeon!

The medical tech is super friendly! The physician is efficient, funny, explains clearly, listens and is helpful. Doing everything ahead of time made it so easier. Tony, the medical tech, brought me to an examining room and entered all my information (symptoms, etc.) into their system. Cory, the PA, came in shortly later and did an examination. I had X-rays done and that was done very professionally. The results were quick and they provided me with a CD with the X-rays. The experience was excellent. I highly recommend AFC in South Attleboro.

He actually took the time to sit with me in my "cubicle" before and after the surgery ready, willing, and able to answer any questions I had. I have yet to undress the wound ( as I was instructed to wait 48 hours to do so.) I have got to say I am very pleased with his knowledge of my problem. He is very pleasant and is very thorough. He took his time and explained everything .Showed me my MRI findings and brought in a model to show me the area my problem was. It was a great visit. The receptionist Sherri is very pleasant and an immense help. I don't know the outcome yet. I will be seeing this doctor for several more visits and I totally trust him to do the surgery that needs to be done.
