Before calling them back, i relistened to the voice mail from my primary care physician, to verify i had the correct date. Lori, the representative of Tollgate radiology who I spoke with on the phone, was completely indifferent to the fact I had rearranged my entire week for this appointment, and offered no solutions until I told her I'd just go somewhere else for the test, at which point she offered to schedule an appointment with her other office. I don't often leave poor reviews, but in this case, its warranted. Choose another provider for your imaging needs.

Unprofessional service! My aunt who is Spanish speaking went in for an ultrasound and the two…read moresecretaries who were at the front desk were very respectful and courteous. My aunt was only 10 minutes late due to confusion of the location and the secretaries were very understanding and check her in also helped her with the paperwork. Per my aunt she informed me that the ultrasound tech was very rude. She asked the front desk staff to ask her if she had prep for her exam and my aunt did. The ultrasound tech had asked if she was aware that she was late, the secretary informed the tech that she was only 10 minutes late due to confusion of location and the tech had asked if she spoke English which obviously she did not. The tech than rolled her eyes and said ok and shut the window. My aunt was not happy with the care she received and informed the secretary, the secretary provided my aunt with the number to manager I left several messages and never heard back. This is unprofessional and definitely not a way to treat patients!!
