I have been attempting to navigate the PA process since March 2026, and despite qualifying and providing all required documentation, I have encountered the following issues: - Conflicting Information: Staff members repeatedly provide contradictory information regarding operating hours. I have been directed to call on weekdays only to be told the department only works weekends, and vice-versa. - Lack of Documentation: Despite multiple assurances that my records were received, staff recently claimed there is no record of my previous calls or documentation. - Misleading Claims: Staff confirmed a new PA was submitted in June 2026, yet my insurance provider maintains no request has been received since a denial in April 2026. That April denial was reportedly due to the office's failure to include the required documentation. - Poor Communication: My attempts to follow up are frequently met with dismissive attitudes from staff, even though I am strictly following the instructions provided to me. The administrative failures of this program have made it impossible to access the services I qualify for. While waiting in the front lobby, I noticed they accept walk-ins until a certain time or until they take too many, students needing sport physicals, and they're free!!!! Just FYI! Our time waiting to be seen was a total of 2 hours, I would've given 3 stars for todays visit, but when the doctor did come in and see us, he was very pleasant and considerate with my little girl. She then proceeded to make nasty comments about how they aren't a planned parenthood and that maybe I should be having my tests run there (it's a service this urgent care offers so her saying that was completely inappropriate). After a heated back and forth I repeatedly asked for her manager to which she responded that she didn't have one (I found out that this was a lie). After finally getting ahold of her superior after months of trying, the lady I spoke to pretended to be nice and understanding and then I found out after that call that she had me banned from all of these urgent cares despite the fact that I didn't do anything and it was her employee that was being borderline abusive towards me. (I wasn't banned before this phone call, I know this because I went to a different priority urgent care between the first incident and the last phone call and they accepted me, it wasn't until after the call that I tried to go again another time and was informed that I was banned). So basically they can lose samples, lie about it, belittle patients, make inappropriate comments about your medical care, and then ban you when you have the guts to report it.

Then she misdiagnosed my son. Saying that he had hepatitis A when I know I had gotten vaccinated for that . So I had to call them again to get the results emailed to me and luckily my dad is a doctor and I had him read the results and he verified that he definitely didn't have hepatitis A and the positive was from the immunization and it even says that on the paper that he's negative for hepatitis A . so I think maybe they were trying to get me to come in again to get another office visit off of me and more lab work off of me. I don't know. I just don't trust this place and I would never recommend going here. Regardless this is malpractice and insurance fraud and it's unethical and it left my 16-year-old worried and stressed thinking he had hepatitis A for 30 minutes before I called my dad because it was kind of unbelievable. The front office staff and the doctors are professional, welcoming, and treat you like family. Most importantly, the doctors are phenomenal. Within minutes, they understood my health better than I did, looking at the bigger picture and solving medical issues I couldn't find answers to elsewhere.
