I am a father with Joint custody meaning 50/50! They let the baby mother enroll them without the other parents consent. They are one sided everything goes through the mother. All deciplinary meeting and time exchange they have me in the loop for zero reasons. I request to be in The loop of things and all I hear is that they will have to talk to the director. Thanks to this lack of communication my youngest son has been practically expelled from the school. This daycare is hopeless. Do NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. Its like not having any help at all. This "daycare" is a nightmare......RUN!!! The staff doesn't care about the kids. I have a 10 month old and they just watch him cry. There were two kids in the class. One was calm and my son was crying and they blatantly neglected him. Also good luck with that place ever being open. Nearly single day they send out emails saying they're full and they can't take your child. It is extremely poorly ran. The staff they do have hate their jobs and the the kids. They're just there to get paid. DO NOT SEND YOUR BABIES HERE!!! We will be leaving STAT and demanding a refund on the $100 app fee due to him barely being able to attend in the one month he's been there. read more

Their motto is working parent's best friend. This is far from the truth. They close every opportunity they can get. Random training days during the school week, snow days, school holidays like MLK day, etc. If they were really working parents best friend they would be open every day except for major holidays like Christmas, July 4th, etc. Days like MLK day are precisely why we need this service and they go and close those days. People here are nice so if you can deal with all the closures then it's great. But unfortunately just being open is a most basic of need that they do not fulfill. Unfortunately, this is not the place you want if you need dependability. You will be on a waitlist to get in. Then we you are accepted and get in, you will be on a waitlist when you arrive because they are "short staffed" and it is a first come first serve. Connie will be sweet to you and slap you in the face. Do not trust you children there. My daughter has been attending CCN-Hamburg since she was 3 months old, she is now 3 1/2 years old. She really enjoys CCN and is learning so much! She can count to 20, knows her ABCs, all colors, and days of the week. I am amazed because all of the teachers know her by name and they always stop us in the hallway to say hi. The Director, Connie, and assistant Director Michelle, do an amazing job of keeping us updated. They always have a welcoming smile and are very passionate about their jobs. If I ever have a concern, it is always addressed immediately. I feel very confident in saying that CCN-Hamburg is the best. read more

This place failed to meet the basic needs of my son. The negligence was so clear after 1 day that we never took him back. We brought our 2 year old here and felt reassured since they have cameras. Thank god I have a job where I was able to have the camera feed up most of the day! I witnessed my son being dragged by the arm by a staff member because he wouldn't go to his cot for nap time. I'm assuming this set him off because then he cried for about 10 minutes, while that staff member sat on the floor (not engaged with any other child) and never once tried to console my son. Keep in mind he's 2 and this was his first day. Finally the manager came in and consoled him, after which he went to bed. I also saw that at some point my son got out of the room, and was handed back to the teacher over a partition to rejoin the class. The final straw was when I went to get my son. I found him outside crying uncontrollably for WATER, while the teacher stood inches away ignoring him. My kid is 2 so he says "bater", but any moron could figure out that a completely flush red toddler who was playing outside in the over 80 degree heat wanted some damn water. She said she thought he was crying for "mommy". I asked how long he'd been crying, she said 15 minutes. I asked if he had been given any water during the day and she said he had 2 sips of apple juice and that was it. What kind of a care taker can't connect the dots to realize this poor kid needed water??? Also to be noted that the water fountain on the playground was not functional. My son is able to work a water fountain, so that would have been helpful. When I went in to get my son and initially spoke to the director about what I had seen on the camera, she was unaware that he had ever gotten out of the classroom, though she was told some kid was really upset, but not told who. Afterwards when I voiced my concerns about the lack of water offered to my son, I was told that the reason he began crying was because he became anxious when they joined his classroom with the older group to play on the playground. No, my son was crying because he was thirsty because their staff is incompetent, not because of anxiety. A cry for water is exactly that...a cry for water. You can't trust this place to meet the very basic needs of your young child. read more

My experience is with the infant room, the teachers, the atmosphere/culture, and director/assistant director. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There is a severe culture of complacency where teachers sit on their phones, play with their hair, and don't play with the babies. They don't clean during the day, so there is an extremely high sickness rate. There is a severe lack of communication between the teachers, director Connie, and assistant director Michelle. Connie pacifies instead of providing solutions & she never has any idea what's going on. She lied to me on numerous occasions. Miss Brittany spends most of her time gossiping about the parents, which I have overheard many times when I picked up my child. Connie also talks about the parents behind their backs. The teachers do not update the app & it will seem that my son goes hours without naps or bottles. They will blame it on an "app issue," but they are just lazy. The cameras are offline 65% of the time. Containment is also an issue. They will let babies sit in bouncers for over an hour with no toys, then change their diaper/feed them and put them back in the same containment. There are no educational tools, no reading, & no updates on child's progress. The front desk is where the teachers gossip about parents on their breaks. I overheard a teacher in the infant room say she was going to "whip somebody's ass." They do not listen to parents wishes regarding feeding schedules (my son is always at least 30 min to 2 hours late on bottles), they let them lay in their cribs for 30+ min after they wake up. Once they called me and told me my son was out of diapers & that I would have to go leave work to purchase some. I've had to call multiple times because my child will be sitting in a corner by himself with no toy. They do not maintain up to date vaccination records. I had to request tummy time on a daily basis.
