Dr Manley office is the worst practice ever. Front desk staff is very rude and impossible to communicate with. I have been calling for two weeks trying to schedule my sons physical as it was needed for my son's school in order to join basketball team he needed physical. I have been calling for two weeks and they refuse to give me a firm appointment. They keep telling me to call everyday for same day appointment. I have been calling everyday every time I call they put me on hold and telling me they will call me back and never call. They also lying by saying my daughter has many missing appointments while I never called their office for almost a year due to a serious health issue of my daughter she has been seen other specialists neurosurgeons and psychiatrists and therapists overwhelmed with the other appointments I never called Dr Manley office, but they claim my daughter have missed appointments in their chart. Who scheduled those missed appointments if I never scheduled the appointment. They are very bad in communication and rude. Please be aware never go to this horrible place and save your sanity and your children's health find you a better Doctor and ethical practice. I can't believe they are allowed to be in business to abuse people. Dr Manley is a very skilled and experienced physician. She was my son's doctor when he was young before we moved away. Now that we are back close to the area I decided to return. I'm glad we did. She was very patient and thorough. Her staff was very pleasant. My children were very pleased. Dr. Manley is very relatable. The office was very easy to locate and parking was plentiful. The office was nicely decorated with beautiful kid related murals on the wall. This is a faith based business. I definitely appreciated that. I didn't have a lengthy wait either. This place has the worst service and ironically they put children Last! I tried to make an appointment for 3 months straight but the person answering the phone would tell me they were not taking new clients(my kids were already clients), she would call back to schedule(never called), or placed me on hold for hours at a time! When I finally did get an appointment we didn't get seen by the doctor until 2 1/2 hours past our appointment time. Then they told me I had to come back to get my kids vaccines for school and someone would call. Not suprised that nobody called and they didn't have any of the documents updated for my kids records even though they were faxed over to Children's first office twice! I still haven't been able to get a second appointment for my children because everytime I call I'm puton hold for hours and I don't have the luxury of waiting over an hour on the phone to schedule a doctors appointment I wish these people would do their job! I'm going to have to switch to providers who actually do put children first. read more

My son has been going to Children 1st since he was a baby. He's now 15 years old. I can honestly say I am very pleased with Children 1st. They have been consistent for 15 years. Consistent meaning in staff and good practices. I must also add that I am very picking when it comes to my son. I don't trust easily. I can truly say I trust them all. My son knows everyone, even the staff up front. Upon entering the building we are greeted with uplifting music that I love and by the kind ladies at the front desk. They are very helpful. My son's yearly exam was coming up, due to Covid I am not comfortable going out. However, I was assured of the safety measures that they were taking. I felt comfortable when I arrived. My son and I were the only ones in the waiting room. As I called in today to get my son's allergy medicine refilled, they took good care of him! I appreciated that greatly! Dr. Manely is an amazing doctor. She enters the room wearing a bright smile and greet us all. She makes us feel comfortable. She calls his name which makes him comfortable. She asks how he's doing in school and etc. She and the nurses are very thorough. Whenever I have a concern they're always addressed. The only reason I have stayed at this location so long is because my son is familiar with the physician we regularly see and the nurse we typically see is nice. As for the staff that runs the phones and appointments and bookkeeping is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. This was the last straw. I have been coming here for over two years and any time I come to an appointment and I'm running late they'll give me a call and ask if I'm still coming. I made an appointment on Monday I called to confirm since I hadn't heard anything and they told me it was actually for Friday, which I know is incorrect because I had it in my calendar, and the time for Friday is not an appointment that I would have made because we are a hour away but I still showed up for it anyways because it's a milestone appointment. Now I also moved away from this area but still continue to come here and make an hour drive just to get here and on Friday I was about 20 minutes late and instead of calling (as they do 100% of the time) they did nothing and when I showed up at the door and called them to let me in they told me that I was passed a 15 minute window grace period And she would have to check with the physician. Instead of telling me to wait inside my car or let me in while she asks she let me stand out there for five minutes with my baby and I ended up actually calling back to see what was going on. They wouldn't see me and were extremely unprofessional and unkind. Mind you this is literally the first time they have not called when I'm running late in addition me and their father have never been there and were seen on time even when we're early! Each and every time we wait AT LEAST 30 minutes but they have the nerve to tell me about a 15 minute grace period. I was also told I couldn't be let in because they were making people wait inside their cars this was also a lie because there was nobody in their car or in the parking lot and I have never been told to wait in my car in order to see the doctor just more unprofessionalism and blatant lies. I also had a problem with this place in the past when they gave me a hard time about trying to get reimbursed from Medicaid when we paid out of pocket while trying to get insurance. Such a shame I have no problem with the doctors but I can no longer trust that my child will be seen when he needs to. Oh and this was a six month appointment for an infant that are supposed to get shots but they would not do anything to try to help or accommodate me just unbelievable I'm still waiting to talk to Dr. Manley to let her know about what's going on in her office. Whenever I have emergencies I have never been able to take my child to the pediatrician and again with an infant I just can't take them to any urgent care this place is terrible I would highly advise you to steer clear of this place. Another sidenote the six month appointment was actually made three days before the child turned seven months but they're trying to tell me that I made that appointment on Friday absolutely crazy now my child is behind 7 months and hasn't had his 6 month appoint thanks to this place! read more

Nice office and christian based environment. The main issue is the wait time. I have been taking my child here for the last 2 years and they never see my child on time. I can understand maybe 5-15 min. late but our current waiting time was a full hour. I walked to the receptionist after 45 min of waiting and asked why I had been waiting for so long (they didn't appear to be over booked). She offered no apologies and told me that my child was next to be seen. Finally we get to the back and after he was seen by his doctor waited an additional 30 min. after the visit for his updated shots. I would not have been so annoyed if they had offered an apology for the waiting but the entire staff had a casual attitude about it and obviously could care less about people's time.As we were exiting we were the last patients leaving the office and obviously they had a long day because they barely (pediatrician:Dr. Manley and remaining staff) said goodbye. I am a pretty sensible and understanding person so it takes alot to get me to my breaking point. This place has seen the last of my child. I highly value customer service and im sure I can find a pediatrician office that cares about their patients time. read more
