"I did and they all sent me to you." After seeking help else where, we got him tested. I was trying to see how do I go about getting my son on med for his ADHD (which again i was told to ask the pediatric dr). I called and they said they were going to get back and hung up on me. I tried calling back and they ignored my call. It wouldve been different if i was belligerent or disrespectful but i was far from it. Please try to look for a better one.

If it continues please call again. It continued so I called again. I was told by the front desk the pediatrician would call me never got a call. I waited a couple days and called the office once again at this point I had only spoken to the receptionist never to the doctor the pediatrician relied to her receptionist to let me know that my daughter is fine and it will go away about an hour after that. Call the pediatrician call me And says and I "didn't I have a conversation with you over this already with an attitude I go actually I never spoke to you. She goes well. Your child is fine and don't worry about it extremely rude. I have never had a conversation so rude and just not caring about how her patient is doing. That was the last time I ever spoke to the doctor trying to get my child transferred to a different pediatrician was a pain. I'm not sure why because there's never anyone in the office took weeks to get my child's medical records. I would warn you do not come here. I promise you there's a reason why there is no children in the wait room.

Despite some red flags (clunky administrative issues, very high staff turnover, difficulty reaching the office by phone or having messages returned, incredibly long wait times in the office, etc.) we continued to see Dr. Radcliffe because of her gentle care, calm bedside manor and attention to detail. She was a great fit for our family and helped to justify staying with the practice when we were otherwise ready to move on. We also saw Dr. Kendall and Dr. Bush a few times and were very happy with their care as well. When we found out that Dr. Radcliffe was leaving we began casually looking at other practices in the area but this is also when covid vaccines began coming out for young children. Our friends whose children attended other practices around the city had no problems getting their kids vaccinated but We Care consistently told us (when we could get someone on the phone or to return a message) they didn't have the vaccine and did not know when they would. No offer to look into it or call us when they had other information. Between Dr. Radcliffe leaving and this, we were finally ready to leave and began seeing a new practice in August of 2022. However, what's really frustrating is that we continue to receive automated voicemails and texts, sometimes DAILY from We Care with an annoying recorded message reminding us to book an appointment. It feels like being spammed by a telemarketer and I've finally had to block the number because it is out of control. I think We Care has a lot of promise - they have great doctors and are in a convenient part of town for a lot of parents. Unfortunately there is still a lot of room for improvement.

I almost don't want to give a review because I'm selfish and want him all to ourselves lol He is hands down the best pediatrician. They don't have doctors like him anymore. We have a newborn and a toddler and he's great with them both. He's a "get on the floor with the kids" type of doctor. He doesn't push vaccines and is all about good health and great supplements. His office is very accessible with great parking and it's located on the bottom floor. They have cute decorated rooms and a sick room, as well as a nursing room. The staff is amazing. They are busy but you don't suffer for that. They run the office well and will take time for all their patients. I had a telehealth call with Dr Akey. Needed some help over the weekend with issue for my son…read more Doctor understood and advised that a prescription would be sent as non prescription strength medicine was not working. I was relieved as this ailment has been going on far too long. I'm waiting for the prescription for a few hours until I see an after visit summary saying he decided not to send a prescription. It's a bullshit move as we could've discussed other options on the call. He's not a doctor I would go to again. I will report this experience to the telehealth provider and make sure I don't get him ever again.
