Type of Care: Annual physical. Quality of Care: The physical was performed by a friendly and informative nurse practitioner. She asked appropriate questions and I felt she answered all my questions sufficiently. She was very fast but I don't feel she sacrificed anything regarding the quality of care. I did have to ask a few clarifying questions. Office Experience: Had an appointment at 9:45, checked in a few minutes early and were called back to a room at 10:14, and were seen by the doctor at 10:28. Physical ended at 10:36. We had two referrals we had to wait for so we waited in the patient room until 10:43. They were playing a movie, possibly Life of Pets, on two screens in the waiting area and on a TV in the patient room as well. The patient room was relatively clean but a wall had paint chipping. Overall we spent a little over an hour for the scheduled physical. read more

We came again for my other two daughters and once again they were kind and welcoming. My daughters, even my 13 year old loves the decor they have here. It's not all princesses, they had a room with dinosaurs and she loves dinosaurs. So glad we came here. We transferred from another provider in Rancho after being a patient there for 16 years. The front office ladies are ON IT. They're polite and do their best to make sure you're seen on time and that they have all insurance information verified and ready to go. We saw a provider by the name of Jaio Feng. She was very through, listened to our concerns, and interacted with my child, who is the patient. I feel it is very important for providers to build that patient/provider relationship. The appointment didn't feel rushed or like we were just a number. Very personal and efficient.
