If you are looking for a great doctor for your kid doctor Jain is superb! she has been our doctor since 2010. She is attentive and tell the kids like it is, specially good for my 18th year old that is having so many changes. I can always get a last minute appointment with her if I have an emergency, and with 3 kids is always happening. Her new office is larger than the last one and super clean. I have four children. All my children are patients at Sunshine Pediatrics. Dr. Jain is our doctor. I absolutely love her. We have been seeing her about 8 years. She is amazing. She is theral and very kind. She has always done right by my children. My appointments are always as scheduled. The wait time is never too long. I walk in to no greeting and blank faces when walking up to the counter. The women at the front are very rude and should be replaced. Nobody seems to be able to answer any questions fully or to the best of their ability and they will set their own agenda for your appointments event though you have asked for something specific. Even if they need something done to be able to do what you asked for, they should explain to you why you aren't receiving the appointment you asked for. Apart from this the place is very ugly and has a cringy ass name. I guess it fits the face of their reception. A 13 year old could do their job better than them. Every single time I have walked in there they have the worst attitude in everything, the face, the voice, the posture. Very unprofessional they must be getting a fuck job because I don't know why anyone would hire them unless they wanted to fuck them or this is some type of wack "oh you are my friend so Ill help you get a job" very unprofessional people. I miss very much my old pediatrics. They were very professional, neat, kind, and patient. Id definitely recommend Dr. Filomena S. Pascual in Rancho Cucamonga if you have the availability to do that. This medical practice took over the former Practice of Dr. Tarin. Dr. Tarin was a jewel in our community and not only my own Pediatrician as a child but my Children's pediatrician as well. I can't speak for the new physician's abilities or skills as I have yet to be able to get in to see them with my daughter. Earlier in the year I had a scheduled appt., I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment, waited my turn in line behind only a few people however they had lengthy conversations at the front desk which delayed my ability to check in. Once I was able to advance to the window and check in, 8 minutes had passed putting my daughter 5 minutes into her appointment time and they refused to see her and required I make another appointment. Strike one for service and the fact that we had arrived on time and they could clearly see we were waiting in line is beyond me, yes I was pretty annoyed but had no choice but to comply. Today I made another attempt to schedule an appointment and found that Dr. Phan who was wonderful also is no longer there however she could try to fit her in with another physician. I asked if I could have a conversation (quick) to confirm a situation previously discussed with Dr. Phan, wanting to avoid any issues and wasted time for all in the event the new physician was unable to accommodate the request which was discussed and recommended by Dr. Phan. They refused my request and said I have to schedule an appt. and talk to the Dr. at that time, never did they respond they would request the Dr. to give me a quick courtesy call back....she further went on to read aloud my daughters chart and said the words "no show". When I asked who was a "no show" she said oh I shouldn't have said that outloud but your daughter was a no show at her last appointment. I corrected her explaining that she was definitely NOT a no show and was waiting in line and as such delayed into her appointment 5 minutes and then was refused to be seen. This new group who took over the practice is by far the most unhelpful and unprofessional group of medical professionals I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In fairness to the new Physicians, I hope that they will review this and take it to heart as I found many of the same complaints on Dr. Tarin's Yelp reviews attesting to the same lack of service. They were unable to find the new Resident Doctors in her place and left them elsewhere. I made it clear I would never be calling on their services or lack thereof in the future and what a shame this is to the former Dr. Tarin's legacy! read more

I scheduled a 9:30 am appointment last week for my daughter . I get here at 9:30 and the doors are locked. I called and they tell me I don't have an appt and that I MADE THE MISTAKE. As I'm speaking to the front desk I see the doctor walking in and it's 9:35. I then ask her if I can come in I see that the doctor is walking in. She said no, your appt was at 9:30, it's now 9:35 you're late.... we now have 1030 available. I once again told her that I was here for shots only and that I'm already here. She again said no. So when I get here at 1030 I take a picture of the rude front desk person that I was dealing with. I've posted her picture. I spoke with the doctor about her rude and unprofessional behavior. He said he would talk to her. I won't be coming back, this place has a negative vibe. read more

We recently moved to the area and needed a new doctor for my son. My appointment was at 10:15. I got to the office 15 minutes early so I could fill out paperwork. I signed in and there was only one other person waiting in the lobby. I waited 15 minutes and then went up and asked myself if there was any paperwork I should be filling out as my son is a new patient (I checked the new patient box as well which was highlighted on the clipboard so I know they were aware). The girl behind the counter said "oh yes" like she had forgot and gave me tbr paperwork to fill out and then asked for my ID and insurance card (again only after I went up and had asked her if there was anything she needed from me). Another 20 minutes go by and we are still waiting. Finally I hear someone in the back ask about whether my son is here or not and if they were ready. The front office staff did not answer or in all fairness perhaps I didn't hear but another 5 minutes went by after that person asked and we were still in the front. I then got up and nicely asked how much longer it would take and the girl told me that they would call me back when they were ready. I sat down nicely but remember I heard someone in the back ask where my son was. Seconds later they called him back and the assistant that took us back was very short with us even though I was saying thank you and trying to be as nice as possible. She wasn't nice at all or welcoming especially since this was our first visit it was a big turn off. I am now so upset at the front office and their attitude that I no longer want to come back. Our appointment was at 10:15 and I'm still sitting in the office and it's about an hour after our appointment time and still haven't seen the doctor. At this point they could be the best doctor ever and the front office staff and wait time have made it so I will never come back and will tell others as well. Very disappointed. read more

Let me start by saying I took my daughter back in November 2022 for a very bad sinus and throat infection I requested to be seen by the physician Dr. Jain as a new patient. Was tired of seeing physicians assistant at the other practice where we left. Dr. Jain was great saw her treated her and gave her medication that cleared her infection. And has not gone back. I've been back for her twin sister for other medical issues have been seeing physicians assistant took her for skin problem, rash they told her with some thing again took her again and because she didn't have the existing rash or conditioner skin they couldn't do anything and again I physician assistant. This time I took her again for a sore throat having issues since December, physician assistant, all she does is talk about her personal medical problems and tries to justify what's going that it's nothing. All we got was lab work not for her throat or why she broke out in hives. My daughter said when she walked into the room that she rolled her eyes at us. Then I get a call back in regards to lab order that was handed to us to check an order for CBC that she didn't check. Like I said, Dr. Jain was great can't complain. Been really sick and tired of seeing all these physician assistant and not doing their job and just ignoring the patients. As the parents I don't want to hear about their personal problems. Don't wanna hear about other patients, personal problems illnesses and I'm they're for my kids to be seen by the doctor and treatment . read more

First of all thank you veronica and Dr.Anand. Veronica you were a blessing and Dr. Anand thank you for sending me to the Emergency room when you did. My sons is better thank you for your medical advice. I called sunshine pediatrics to set up an appointment and was able to get an appointment ASAP because veronica made it possible my son had a fever for over 24 hours and I was seen right away. Veronica has helped us the many times we have came into the office and is always professional and very informative. I have other pediatrician offices I've been too and gladly switched over to sunshine pediatrics because of the quick attention my son has received. Back in 2016 when I had my first daughter I didn't have a pedo dr selected when I went to the hospital so dr Annad saw her. I liked him very much so I went to the office in upland where I saw dr Jain. Dr Jain has been our dr for my first born and now my second. The staff is very friendly especially Veronica. She's always helping us and every single time I go in she is very friendly. The office is very accommodating in all aspects. What stands out about dr Jain above the other dr I interviewed was that dr Jain NEVER gives me a hard time about delaying vaccinations. I always get my daughter her vaccinations but I don't like to do them all at the same time and dr Jain is very understanding in the parents choice for their children. Like I said I get the vaccinations but I'll spread them out. Highly recommend this office. read more

I live an hour away, I only went to this place because we adopted a baby and Dr. Anand was his pediatrician in the hospital after his birth. So I figured I'll just go for the 1st check up there and then find a place closer to our home. BUT Dr. Anand was so kind and knowledgeable and his staff is so personable, we've been making that drive for every check-up. Ive taken my two children here for 6 years and was taken here myself as a child, Dr. Jain was great but now they changed things and i have to beg the new doctors to figure out what's wrong with my child. I had to make at least 4 different appointments for the same ongoing issue over a period of months demanding they do something for my child before they finally gave us a referral to a dermatologist with the doctor stating to the nurse "not to get involved because they don't know what it is" sorry excuse me what? Not the doctors job to treat their patients illness? And when another doctor from a brand new doctors office took a look they said they were so surprised sunshine pediatrics couldn't tell what it was she said it was very obvious what is was and could have been diagnosed by a doctor without dermatologist. We love Dr. Jain. We came here after our old pediatrician retired. She was the on call Dr. When my 9yo was born with hypospadias and chordee. She was so kind and patient and she is realistic. She tells me straight and talks me off the mom ledge. We've also seen Dr. Anand recently, too and he is professional and super nice. They both take time to answer my questions and make sure my kids and I feel comfortable. The ladies in the office are friendly and kind as well. Love love love our pediatrician group! read more

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Jain and all of her staff. My oldest daughter (now 13) suffered fromGERD as an infant. As a young mom, with no experience with infants, I began getting concerned when my infant daughter was vomiting after every meal. I went to four different pediatricians throughout the IE AND Orange County for answers until my sister recommended Dr. Jain. My first experience with a pediatrician that listened to my concerns, shared knowledge and a true diagnosis of something I never knew existed. My (then) infant daughter and I finally had answers and recommendations on feeding habits and formulas that would help relieve her discomfort. The GERD self corrected with the advice from Dr. Jain and since then, she has seen no one else. I also have two other children that are primarily cared for by Dr. Jain. She has been a gift to my family from encouraging exclusively breast feeding my middle child and not pressuring or judging my decisions regarding circumsizing my son. As a mother, it's very easy to feel pressured for personal beliefs and Dr. Jain offers support revolving your own decisions as a mother. Her staff is excellent. Always courteous, offering same day appointments when you call with a sick little which is incredibly comforting. The wait is never long, even if they're running behind, you realize when you're seen it's because time and care is given to each and every patient. I do not live in the area, but will never change my pediatrician because of excellence she and her staff provide. I absolutely recommend Dr. Jain and Sunshine Pediatrics and will be sad when my children are no longer in need of a pediatrician. read more

I have taken my son to see Dr. Anand for the past two years. He and his staff have provided the best care for him. As a new mom, sometimes I ended up taking him in for small things such as a runny nose but they always reassured that if I had any doubts it's ok to bring him in. We always see Veronica who takes his weight and measurements before the doctor sees him. She is always friendly and very helpful! When I call and I need a same day appointment she does her best to squeeze us in. Wait times are not that long and the office is clean! I live in Riverside so it is a little bit of a drive but I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. read more

I had more concerns than anything because even though this is baby number 3 for me it's been 9years since I've had a baby and I feel like this baby is way different than my other two! I'm so glad that there's two doctors at this office and that they're open Saturdays!! The Nurse Veronica was so great with my baby! She was super friendly and gave my baby her vaccination today!
