Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this office. The wait times are consistently long, and scheduling follow-ups is inconvenient--you have to call in later because appointments aren't offered or arranged as you exit. At our first visit, the doctor did not introduce herself. I had expected to see Dr. Saad and had to look up who we saw afterward (Dr. Dagher). She was mostly polite, but I was uncomfortable with how rushed and impersonal the visit felt. The biggest concern, and the reason I won't be returning, happened during our second visit. My son is intact (uncircumcised), and I explicitly told the doctor not to retract his foreskin. Despite this, she removed his diaper without asking and retracted him anyway, claiming that wasn't what she was doing--but then proceeded to do it. This goes against current medical guidelines. Both the American Academy of Pediatrics and resources like Your Whole Baby emphasize that no forced retraction should ever be performed. It was upsetting to witness a lack of consent and disregard for both parental instruction and current medical standards. Please protect your babies and educate yourself on proper intact care. I sincerely hope the doctor reads this and chooses to do better. read more

Staff is rude, service is pretty bad....Please and thank you are absent from their vocabulary, they give unclear instructions like you've been here before. Also agree with the place being older and there's a strong cleaner smell.....To be fair the Dr seemed nice and didn't have any complaints but I would prefer a MD with a more pleasant office staff and I can't tolerate the cleaner smell. read more

The front desk there is awful. So rude and do not care about the patients. Dr. Saad is amazing but Diana the manager is awful.

The people that answer the phones are super rude, they cut you off and place you on extended hold times. You have to call back to even remind them you were there and they answer like nothing happened. When you get there they are super rude, there should be a survey after receiving services so the Drs will actually know why they are loosing patients. This place also pushes vaccinations regardless of your beliefs and makes you feel like a terrible parent because of it. Trying to find somewhere else to go for my kids. read more

We have used them 12 years! We love the care that they provide for our children! I have never had any issues spacing out vaccine or if I am not comfortable with certain ones they allow me to not get them! I want you to know this is a busy office! But it's busy because they are taking the time to give quality care! Dr saad has been amazing with my middle who has Down syndrome always making sure the right test are run! Not that great. The place looks kinda run down and smells like harsh cleaners. Dr Dagher didn't take much time with my son for his physical but he wasn't sick so no big deal. Customer service was so so. Second time I came i saw dr Saad. The bonus is they fit me in same day so that was nice. He told me my son had ear infection in r ear and bronchitis. Gave me meds. Went 10 days later to check everything was cleared up. He told me no more ear infection and no congestion in chest. Also he said my sons nose was running from allergies. Very next day my son had a high fever and cough and nose running worse. After 3 days of fever I called back and dr Dagher called me. Said maybe he has an ear infection so I told her dr Saad checked him Tuesday and said it was gone then she said then it should be gone. Maybe he has a virus or Covid. Got him tested No Covid. Next day fever again went to urgent care and they told me he has a double ear infection and viral bronchitis..... so looks like he was misdiagnosed by Dr Saad. For the run down place, long wait time, and just ok service now a misdiagnosis for something so simple as an ear infection and chest congestion, I won't be going back. read more

I will never go back here. First, there was limited spaces in the parking lot and I had to park down the street and walk to office with my 6 month old. Second, I waited for over an hour to see the doctor, and would have probably waited longer if I had not left. I had a 10am appointment for my 6 month old baby. I got there at 9:45 am to complete new patient paperwork. I wasn't put in a patient room until about 10:50, nearly an hour after my initial appointment time. I waited in the patient room for another 20 minutes, and was never seen. At that point my baby was so cranky that I had to leave. I took off the morning from work for this appointment and, like any parent, don't have time to sit around for almost two hours to see a doctor. The cherry on top was the duct tapped patient bed. read more

I'm giving this a 1 star for the Office staff because they canceled and refused to let my daughter be seen and it was her two month check up and had to get vaccinated as well but because they didn't get nothing from IEHP they refused. Any other place would take in your child bill you so you can give it to your insurance. Office staff are very disrespectful and rude. They don't know what they are doing. This is very disappointed because we like Dr Saad, but the office staff and manager are very rude. Now I will be looking for a new Dr for my daughter! read more

I don't even know where to start! Doctor Dagher and Dr Saad are the best doctors in the entire world! They have taken such good care of my kids. Both doctors are truly caring. They both have such a great heart. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. My daughter has severe asthma and i truly believe Dr Dagher is the reason my daughter has not been hospitalized in almost a year. When my daughter was little she was hospitalized every single month for a whole week, doctor Dagher is just soo amazing. I really love her and couldn't have chosen a better doctor for my kids. The staff is simple wonderful and they do such a great job getting my kids an appointment when they are sick! I highly recommend these doctors!!!! read more

Doctor Saad, is hands down the best doctor I have ever come across. I love the entire staff, and love how they painted the walls for the children. Their office is kept very clean and well organized. He has been my son's pediatrician for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be more thankful to have found someone who is so knowledgeable and cares for my son and all his other patients just like a parent would. Most of the time my son will get sick with some unknown virus and the staff makes a valiant effort to get us in and seen that same day if I call in the morning. I understand why the overall appointment visit is above average wait time of approximately 15-45 min., but that is because his office and team are so popular and loved! Dr. Saad is amazing. I really like him, but the office is horrible. I am a new mom and at my visits I haven't been asked any questions or told about milestones. I didn't ever get papers telling me about any vaccinations he was getting that day. The girls who work in that office are RUDE with NO personality. Especially the one who works the window. Put a smile on your face and stop acting like your better than everyone. I will not be coming back to this office because of the horrible staff. For example, today I go in at 11:15am and only one person in the waiting room. The chick at the window just looks at me (no hello or anything) and I asked her if I can get his vaccination card updated. She takes it and sits back down. She's talking to the other girls and walking around at 11:30 she asks a girl if she should fill it out or have the doctor do it. I waited 22 minutes for her to write 10/13/14 and put a stamp in four places. Wow that was hard. It's unfortunate because I really liked the doctor, but the staff isn't worth it. Your working with families what a HORRIBLE way to set an example. read more

THE BEST. Dr Saad and Dr Dagher are so fantastic and have been such rocks during my sons health crisis'. I can count on their knowledge and tender care for my boys and trust that they are making both informed and compassionate decisions. It is usually easy to get my guys in same day if they are really not well, if not usually by the next day. Yes sometimes you will wait a while but when they are with YOU you have their full attention. I have often had to bring two of my children at once and it's as easy as calling ahead. It's never been an issue as long as the office is informed. The nurses are great. Fun and also very caring. The staff is busy I get it. I have not had an issue with them being rude. I had one small billing complaint due to our address change and that was resolved directly with the staff member and we are now on great terms. They have a hard job, show them kindness and you will get it back. read more

Dr Saad and his wife are AMAZING doctors my daughter has been going to him since she was 6 weeks. They both spend time on her and really evaluate her HOWEVER.. the staff is horrible! The girls who take you to the room and do the vitals are awesome so exclude them! Its the ones behind the desk and counters that are so rude I have been coming here for 3 years now and every time we come in no one greets us if we go to check in at the front desk no one says hello they will look dead at you and just turn there heads, they all throw dirty looks and god forbid you ask them any questions.... Lately when I call for appointments i am on hold for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes before i get to speak to anyone, but when I go in the girls are always behind the desks talking and just putting calls on hold until they are done socializing. Like I said the doctor's are amazing! the wait is worth it, they come in and really evaluate and spend time with your child so that's why there is a wait so I don't mind the wait at all..... I just don't understand how such a beautiful office and amazing doctors could have such a horrible staff read more

Dr Saad And Dr Dahger have cared for both my children since birth. I am not the easiest client! I always have a written list of questions and I have even called after hours. Dr Saad has taken my calls for my newborn at 7 pm and 5 am. They are a family and they make us feel like family too. Dr Saad even takes time to play with my 18 month old while examining him. He genuinely likes my children- and that matters! Cece the nurse is also amazing! She literally saved the day when I forgot to bring a toy to entertain my 18 month old during my newborns vaccines. Back in January, my then 7 mo old had a very bad cough. We had just moved to the high desert and went to a pediatrician up there who was rated best in the HD. Well they turned us away because she wasn't IEHP or Molina. So rather then wait in an urgent care we took the drive down the hill to see her original doctor, Dr. Saad. He sent us to San Antonio Regional where she tested positive for the flu. We spent 2 nights there. Dr. Saad came in everyday to evaluate. I'm so glad he sent us there when he did. She had to have breathing treatments. Luckily she didn't have RSV but I'm grateful that I could depend on our Doctor to make sure she was getting treated properly. read more

Dr. Saad and his wife, Dr. Dagher came highly recommended by my Aunt, who has taken her kids to them for over 10 years. We live in Corona, so driving to Upland to go to the Dr. might seem unreasonable but these doctors and their staff are just wonderful. WORTH the drive. Fortunately, we've only ever had to take our daughter in for routine checkups and vaccinations and it's always such an efficient and pleasant experience. There is a "sick" room and a "well" room for the kids, which is REALLY nice for those of us who are there with well children, and we've never had an issue with billing, scheduling, referrals or any other administrative issue. We genuinely enjoy talking to the doctors and staff and look forward to our next visit (so long as it's just a checkup!). read more

Staff is terrible, no customer service! Going to this office is like walking in to DMV. If you have an appointment get ready to wait an hour + to get in a room and another 30 minutes to see the doctor. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! I agree with the other reviews here. The Drs are great but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They're not very welcoming when you sign in, they often can't remember which of my child's names is her first or last, or if she's male or female when I call in. Its on the chart! I just wish they put in a little more effort. read more
