She sees tons of patients and exposed to multiple people! What?! 3) Even when I make the first appointment of the day, I wait FOREVER. Typically, takes us back 20-35 minutes late. Often blames it on the weather (it's only rain). One time my child was cleaned by a hygienist and we were waiting to see Dr. Becky to be "checked", my child couldn't eat or drink until after 11:30. Dr. Becky didn't even come in until close to noon. I have never been in and out in less than 1.5 hours. My kids have only ever had X-rays and cleanings, no cavities. I cannot continue to wait forever here for appointments, for being seen for the appointments, and then to be seen after being cleaned by a hygienist. Every time they go (ever 6 months for 6 years), I give them another chance with another appointment, and it is the same. How can you be late for every appointment? It's just disrespectful for everyone's time.

As someone who went to the Goddard school for years if this is something you are looking for...just go down the street. The teachers have little to zero desire to be there and it is obvious. My son would come home saying he heard cussing by them all day and being told countless time that they cant wait until the kids leave. They have zero control over the environment and have a lot of throwing of toys and other objects. There was an incident of inappropriate behavior that was never properly addressed or handled. They tend to ignore any issues and just agree that it isn't ok.... yeah we know. I had advised them that we will be leaving due to all of this and the teachers inappropriate behavior. The next day I was charge for the next month a week and a half early. Overall, this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had with child care. Completely unprofessional environment. I am still in shock with the things my son would come home and tell me he overhead or was told from the "teachers" There is not an ounce of this place I would recommend.

The staff truly love the children like their own, and their goal each and every day is to make sure that the children are in a safe, fun learning environment. The academic curriculum surpasses all others. I love that my children are able to learn how to read, write, speak Spanish and French, but also learn about respecting others and cooperation outside the home. Truly a wonderful place and I would always recommend them first! 5 stars all around!

We don't have any kids in our lives we were shopping for, yet still were entranced with how much fun we had! You can find nearly anything in this beautifully curated store. We found ourselves spending a lot of time browsing the adult-friendly puzzles and proclaiming that we wanted to complete 100 different ones. You could easily find a beautiful gift in here for a child or adult alike and I felt inspired for future Christmas gifts. Other standout areas included the kitschy toys meant to make you giggle, and the large selection of fun stuffed animals. I am still actively thinking about the absolutely adorable dog in a space suit and regretting not buying it for myself. The store is very well-organized and the staff are excited to chat with you. Most were items I haven't seen in other stores and there was even a really cute and high end Axolotl weighted toy that caught my eye! They also had puzzles, board games, dice, marbles, pop culture/ fandom merchandise (like Grogu, Star Wars, and Studio Ghibli items) and they had some fun candies and drinks too! When dealing with childcare, we could of had a much more terrible experience (abuse, neglect ... or…read moreeven something far worse), but it's still disappointing to know a business can be as bad as Kreative Kids. As first-time parents we were reluctant to put our newborn into a busy daycare, and at the last minute we thought we were fortunate to discover a small, in-home business near our house. Our first opinion, however, was mixed as even though the neighborhood is nice, you feel like you're in a trashier area because you walk through a dark and messy garage to access the childcare entrance. Inside we found a worn and tired basement that, while probably technically up to code, has not seen any improvements in the decade or so since it was remodeled. Still, we met the owner who is the only person who watches up to six kids a day, and liked her ... well, we liked her more than the thought of your stereotypical daycare provider. She only had an opening for three days a week (though she didn't know which three days would be available ... Um, OK?), and we accepted. The problem was we had to wait on her decision as she was vetting us against another family. Treating people like that should have been a red flag and sent us running, but after a week or so that felt much longer we were finally selected. The initial week was a success and the owner alleviated our concerns about leaving our baby in the care of a stranger by telling us how great he was and how he even slept upwards of 4.5 hours. That was strange because at the time his longest nap was only an hour and a month later his record with us is 2 hours. The second week couldn't have gone much worse. We were told our baby was fussy all day even though he has never been like that in our care, when family watches him for the day or at our new daycare center. The owner was rude by thrusting our baby to us as soon as we walked in the door with the worst scowl on her face. I'll forever be haunted by that look. I hate to use cliches, but, damn, if looks could kill ... Still, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as we all have bad days, and she was still better than a larger daycare facility, right? We were also weirded out by the fact that during a few pick ups we came at snack time, and the five other little girls sat at the dining room table completely silent and emotionless. There was no laughing, giggling or even talking. It was like the owner was completely dominant and kids weren't allowed to be kids. Meanwhile two little dogs ran all over the place yapping while my son was laying on the floor unattended. During week three we were abruptly told the situation was not working out, and we had to find new childcare. She even said children's services was called because a neighbor heard a baby cry all day. This is alarming because why would someone with a professional childcare business let a baby cry all day and why was the neighbor able to hear him? Of course by the time we were told week four would be our last we already planned vacation time with work around the owner's scheduled time off. During week four we reluctantly took our son to Kreative Kids for one of the three days because he could not be watched by family. When I enquired about a refund since we were no longer welcomed and only used her services for one third the time of our payment, all I got was no refund would be given because that's the policy in her handbook. This was done through text. In fact, every communication was through text because she is obviously not professional enough to call us. The last highlight was when it came time to pick up our leftover baby supplies that included breastmilk, and we were told they would be left on the porch. I realize people are not perfect, and I certainly don't expect them to be. If I go to a restaurant and have a lousy meal or have someone provide a substandard service for me I won't write a review because it may be a one-off experience. Childcare is different. It's not like eating disgusting food or having an awful haircut. They need to be held to a higher standard. Would you really trust your baby with someone that repeatedly shows (to put it nicely) a lack of professionalism? One star only because I can't go lower.
