It's the first time I've been here and I told one of the nurses Bernice I was scared, and she made it such a pleasant experience. She was very kind with me explained everything she took things. Slow answered any questions I had and made me feel extremely comfortable. The doctor also is very informed to give you several different types of options and everybody seems caring. It was a clean and nice office. My appointment was at 4 o'clock and I got took in about 10 minutes before I had a awesome experience here. I truly don't know how they have bad reviews. After waiting 15 minutes, I overheard a woman ahead of me complaining that she'd already been waiting over an hour and a half for her son. People get frustrated sometimes. We honestly waited for 3hrs but everything went smoothly. They try to scam you out of your money. My wife who got invisalign there and her mouth is kind of sore as expected. Their dentist suggested using antibiotics at $120 per tooth to help it. Wtf? Since when does antibiotics help with soreness? My wife doesn't know much about health and science so she paid it not knowing she is being scammed. Stay away from this place. If you come here make sure to set aside at least 2 hrs!!! We were even in a room, I could see the dentist pacing back and forth. I thought she was waiting for a nurse to do notes. Nope, eventually she came in and spent about 2 minutes with my son and walked out. Wanting to do this and that. I declined because I know what my son has had done and doesn't need more. These people are like bad mechanics. If you are not careful, they will screw you and your insurance. X-rays EVERY 6 months?? Even insurance is denying it now. Never had this problem with other dentists. Today's visit might only take 1.5 hrs of my day but our last visit (6 months ago) was over 2 hrs!!! I have 3 policies and still I get billed over and over. I call and their office tells me to worry not about it. I'm sure They would just prefer i pay out of pocket but since I dispute they tell me to disregard the notice. This is my second review here.. I recently had two root canal done this past Tuesday here, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff once again was warm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. The dentist explained every step of the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Both root canal itself was virtually painless, and the care and precision the dentist showed were outstanding. I also had other work done with two other dentists that day, they was great as well. We originally had appointment at a place near us but we scheduled through a 3rd party and their office transferred our info this place and boy am I glad we were seen that same day and not only did they get their check up my daughter got her braces & my son got a couple teeth pulled out teeth cleaned and got started for his Invisalign. They wanted to strap her down (their policy) and she was freaking out so her parents decided to take her home. Thank God they did. We went to another dentist who said she had ZERO cavities! WHAT A SCAM! Will be reporting them. I could see if we took her elsewhere and she had four out of the six or maybe the Dr saw a shadow or something. Nope. (I am sorry you had a poor experience- but these reviews should reflect practice quality rather than CS) Sue, my dentist took extreme care for my appointment. During my deep clean there was supposed to be sensitivity in my experience and was given warning. However, Sue is very light handed and made my experience very positive & pleasant with minor discomfort. Kayla helped with with my payment plan and was very positive with the whole experience. Overall, the staff here are here to help you. They understand the fears associated in the dental field and want to give you a comfortable experience. After many years of trusting this dental office with my son's care, I am heartbroken and extremely upset by our experience. As a parent, you trust medical professionals to look after your child's health, and I truly believed we were doing the right thing by bringing him here regularly for checkups. But now, looking back, I feel completely let down. Recently, I took my son to another dentist for a second opinion after feeling uneasy about how often this office recommended extractions. That's when I learned the devastating news: they had missed three cavities--two on baby teeth and one on an adult tooth. One of the cavities had progressed so badly that it might now require the tooth to be pulled, while the other can still be saved. Despite years of regular visits, knowing these cavities were missed crushed me. Problems that could have been caught and treated early were allowed to get worse, leaving my son facing far more invasive and traumatic procedures than necessary. As a parent, it's heartbreaking to realize you trusted someone to catch these issues early, and they didn't. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated incident. Over the years, almost every issue my son had was met with the same quick solution: pull the tooth. My son has only had one baby tooth fall out naturally -- the rest were all extracted here. That is not normal and reflects a reactive approach to care rather than a preventative one. The situation with his canine tooth was the final breaking point. They told me to "monitor" it, but they heavily implied that an extraction would likely be needed soon due to a potential infection simply because the adult tooth was coming in. There was little real discussion of alternatives or possibilities for saving the tooth. It felt like I was being slowly pushed toward yet another extraction without properly considering other options. Or maybe let it fall out naturally! This entire experience has been devastating. It's left me with a deep sense of guilt and frustration, wondering if things could have been so different had we sought a second opinion sooner. No parent should feel like they failed their child simply because they trusted the wrong provider. I strongly urge this dental office to seriously consider how it approaches pediatric care. Early detection, clear communication, and real options--not rushed extractions--should be the standard. Children deserve thoughtful, preventative dental care that protects their long-term health, not shortcuts that cause more harm than good. I have since moved my son's care to a new dentist who values saving teeth, early intervention, and providing families with complete, honest explanations.
