Front staff again specifically the managers and financial lady very rude. I stopped coming here from the same issue last time of being charged with "copay" after the procedure without checking first if the patient can handle out of pocket expense outside of billing my insurance. I was charged extra $250 for crown that i kept on explaining is too short. This time they said they have new management but same issue again and i was even asked to sign a document on the back of the of the bill that doesn't show the break down of the copay which is $350 and if i dont get approved for "loan" the dentist will not finish the work. I went to Bell Dental Care for the first time today. It's a bit far from home, but a friend recommended it, so I gave it a try. The staff were super friendly, and Dr. Lee explained everything clearly. I had a deep cleaning -- the numbing shot stung a little, but after that, I didn't feel a thing. It wasn't scary at all. She was understanding, showed sympathy towards my pain and checked all her patients in a way that I haven't really encountered. I was serviced by Dr. Kim and her Dental Assistant Ashley. I explained my dental history to Ashley and the pain I was experiencing. She made me feel at ease and comfortable my entire vist(s).
