Both of them have made amazing friendships with students and connections with teachers. The teachers are forthcoming when they notice signs the kids may be ready to take on something new, such as starting solid foods as an infant, to removing pacifier as a toddler, potty training, etc. At each stage, they discussed if we wanted their assistance with this transitional phase and supported our kids while providing feedback to us on progress or challenges. They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks; aside from being a huge benefit to us as parents, we've noticed it has increased the kids interest to try new foods as their friends are all eating the same thing.
