Each of the teachers know my son by name, even the ones in the other classrooms who don't interact with him as often. Each classroom has an indescribable homey feel. I have also been very pleased by the variety of activities. The teachers take the kids outside, create age-appropriate art projects, and sing songs. Finally, I really appreciate the level of individualized communication from the teachers. We get an information sheet about his day at pick-up. In addition to what you might expect (times of diaper changes, length of nap, etc.), there is always a rundown of his daily activities. My spouse and I love reading through these in the evening - the teachers clearly pay attention to our son. I love hearing about how great of a day he had and that he was all smiles. We also receive emails over the weekend letting us know of the many events going on. I very much appreciate how he is treated as an individual and how much his teachers clearly care.

I've never had an issue with any other place. Every morning she would scream that she didn't want to go and honestly, every time I picked her up, the place smelled like shit. The cleanliness was disgusting and I took her out after 1 month. The last day, her thermos and north face just suddenly disappeared. There is a teacher there named, ms. Diana who makes it known that she hates her job. This place should be shut down.

I included pics of the daily progress paper your staff handed out at the end of the day to ensure you that we went to this glorified daycare. It's too bad the school has such a high turn over that they don't know who attends the school and perhaps they all pretend to not remember people. But they will sure kept our money and deposit without a problem when we refused to send our child back the following semester after paying in full. At the end of the day HOMS gets visits from other Montessori people because it is not up to par with the rest of their programs the state has to offer. This school offers the bare minimum of what other real Montessori schools offer. It's frustrating because as a parent it's your job to advocate for your child but we felt like we had no voice when it came to the matter of our child , at their facility so we had no choice but to move him .
