I am deeply saddened to share my heartbreaking experience with CLA. Despite my initial hopes for improvement, I can no longer trust this daycare center with my children. The level of disorganization, inconsistency, and unexplained incidents has left me with no other choice. The constant rotation of new staff members within a short period since my children joined in May has raised concerns. From not properly feeding my child to the unexplained fabrications on daily reports, my trust has been shattered. The daily report sheets frequently contained blatant lies, and the explanations provided were often unsatisfactory, ranging from "I was at lunch" to "I wasn't in there at the time." The lack of communication and coordination between teachers is a major issue. Children are passed along with no clear direction, leaving parents like me worried about their care. One of my primary concerns is the ever-changing roster of teachers in my daughter's class, making it difficult to provide the continuity of care she requires due to her mild autism. Teachers seem to come and go as they please, resulting in frequent call-outs and even resignations. As a result, I can never get a clear answer about my child's day. CLA's focus on quantity over quality, both in terms of teachers and children enrolled, is causing immense stress and burnout among the staff. Incidents like my child being left sleeping for four hours despite their record showing otherwise or being left in soiled diapers highlight the inadequate care provided. Additionally, there was a disturbing incident involving an unexplained bruise on my child's face. The teachers noticed it at 4 p.m. but failed to inform me until I picked her up at 6:30 p.m., asking if I believed she had caused the bruise herself by holding her cheeks, which seems highly implausible. A critical concern is the unsanitary practices observed, such as changing my child's diaper without gloves and the presence of another child's feces in my child's diaper, which was initially denied by the staff. Incidents like these are not only unprofessional but also a severe breach of hygiene standards. Furthermore, a lack of supervision has led to dangerous situations, like a child wielding scissors, and teachers being oblivious to the risk. I wish to highlight that there are some exceptional teachers at CLA, but regrettably, their efforts are overshadowed by the pervasive issues within the center. The high teacher turnover rate is a testament to the challenges they face. In light of these concerns, I can no longer trust CLA with my children's well-being, and I urge other parents to consider their options carefully. The welfare and safety of our children should always be the top priority, and unfortunately, I no longer believe CLA can provide that. This review comes from a place of deep disappointment and a sincere hope for improvements in childcare standards and practices. As a parent, it is my responsibility to ensure my children are in a safe and nurturing environment, and CLA has failed to meet these essential criteria. 5 Stars - An Incredible Experience! I just had the most amazing tour of Children's Learning Adventure, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The lobby is absolutely stunning with its ocean whale-themed ceiling and towering palm trees that create such a welcoming and calming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design is truly something you have to see to believe! Miss Christina, the Centers Director , gave my family our guide tour, she was phenomenal. She took the time to walk us through all the specialty rooms, explaining how each one is thoughtfully designed to foster creativity and learning in young children. My toddler was absolutely captivated by everything. The play areas, the educational resources, and the interactive activities are second to none. What really stood out to me was the nurturing care in the infant rooms. Unlike other schools where you often see a lot of chaos in a lot of the classrooms or toys everywhere, what really struck my family was the quality of care to each child how teachers were actively engaging with the children and how stunning each one of the classrooms was . I saw the teachers actively engaging with the babies, providing a warm and loving environment that made me feel so confident about leaving my child there. As for the Pre-K classrooms -- I was absolutely blown away. The academic approach is unlike anything I've seen before. The curriculum is not only challenging but also incredibly engaging, giving children a solid foundation for future success. This center is by far one of the top elite preschools / Pre- K facilities I've ever seen in my life, and I've toured a lot. The care, the environment, the programs -- everything is just top-tier. We've taken our daughter to other day cares that were a bit less expensive to save a few dollars, but realized that we're getting a great return for the additional money we spend on her care at Children's Learning Adventure and came back! Each day she comes home she's a bit more grown up, articulating better, and gaining the social skills and education we want her to have! The facilities are always very clean and the staff is very personable. Every teacher and administrator we pass in the halls says "hello" or "good morning", and the administrators make an effort to know each and every child in their school. It amazes me that they are able to know details about our daughter's day when they have so many children in their care! The do not hesitate to call if they have a question or concern, which is very reassuring for us to know the lines of communication are wide open. The playgrounds are well segregated to keep like aged children together and the equipment is slides and jungle gyms I want to play on! I can't keep up with all the arts and crafts she does each week, and am quickly running out of space on the refrigerator! I would highly recommend this childcare facility to any parent looking for a safe, secure facility that offers incredible educational experiences for your child! read more

My older daughter went here from the age of 3 until she left for Kindergarten. She loved it and learned a ton! She was more than prepared for Kindergarten. Now my infant goes here and I could not be happier with the level of care that the ladies in her room give her. Mrs. Lisa, Ms. Sa, and Ms. Danielle really care about the kids. They are genuinely concerned when my daughter misses a day and verbalize how much they missed her. She is in physical therapy and they are constantly asking me to show them the exercises that she is working on so that they can work with her too. They love on her and sing her songs. When I pick my daughter up from these wonderful ladies, she is clean and happy! On another note, the current director is extremely friendly and approachable. I had some questions and concerns regarding my daughter moving to another room since she is getting older and the director was down to earth and very flexible. I felt that she really cared that I was worried and tried to help me gain perspective. Ms. Priscilla, at the front desk, is always warm and friendly. She answers my questions and is honest and forthcoming with any information that I need. I would not choose another childcare facility. This is the one for us! read more

Children's Learning Adventure has been amazing since day one. From the initial phone inquiry to the orientation, the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. They've been open, supportive, and always available to address any concerns I've had regarding my kids. Their summer program for school-aged children was a lifesaver during the break -- my oldest son had a great time and stayed engaged the entire summer. My two younger children have grown so much since attending this center; I see the difference in their vocabulary and development every single day. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the facility is one of the cleanest I've seen. What I love most is how personal they get with my children -- it truly feels like family. Like many parents, I was anxious at first, knowing how hit or miss daycares can be, but we are beyond happy with the level of care and attention our children receive here. I've seen a lot of growth in my daughter since starting at this daycare, and I'm so grateful for the support she's received along the way. It's been amazing to watch her make so much progress at home. With enrollment and all of our needs, Jessica and Kelsea have been incredibly kind and communicative. Ms. Valeria, Ms. Angelina, and Ms. Halle in the Voyager classrooms have made such a strong impact on my daughter's daily experience. They bring so much warmth, patience, and care, just like every teacher I've met here. It's been a meaningful part of her development, and I'm really grateful for that. The center itself is gorgeous and feels like a children's museum, though that's more for the older kids. I've also been really impressed by the structure and consistency of the daily routines across classrooms. The holiday parades are absolutely adorable. Ms Paige and Ms Janet has been such an asset for Children's Learning Adventures. As a former employee of CLA Ms. Paige & Ms. Janet's class has been one of the selling points whenever I would take parents on tour the parents would always leave CLA and inquire for a spot in that class just from that brief moment they got to meet Ms. Paige & Ms. Janet. That particular classroom which is called the Navigators basically assists children who had missed the cut off for Kindergarten. Their teaching skills as well as their ability to prepare these children for success has made that classroom always filled. If you're looking for teachers who are willing to provide the care and support your child needs then go and check them out. The only set back at this school would be that they can't hold on to a Director. Other than that all the staff and teachers I've had the opportunity to work with has been great. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! My daughter has been in the program since she was 8 months old, she is now 3 in the preschool program. I also have my son here in the toddler program. They both have AMAZING teachers! Ms.Kyndell is so attentive to my son to make sure he is okay everyday and she makes sure that he is reaching all his milestones. As a working parent this is very important to me and she ensures me everyday that my son is okay. My daughters teacher Ms.Samantha is also Amazing. My daughter has been thriving at CLA. Ms. Samantha make sure that my daughter is okay and gives her the space to be creative day to day. Ms. Samantha is one of many teachers here that care for all the kids. My daughter has attended CLA since she was 4 months old (she's now 2 1/2), so we started from newborn to now her being in the 2 year old room. We love CLA and the attention/love they give Kai. Shes a stubborn, needy, clingy toddler but Ms. Natalie is sooo patient with her. I love that she KNOWS my baby and can calm her down when she is having separation anxiety so I feel ok walking away from her. Kai adores her and so do we. Kai already knows all her letters and sounds they make, can count to 30, and knows all her shapes and colors. Learning was emphasized early in the baby rooms with Mrs Lisa and Mrs Malud. We have been through some growing pains with CLA since we started, don't get me wrong, but issues are always addressed quickly by Ashley and Mrs Miley (sp)! This is Kai's second home and they love her like family We wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

My daughter has been at this school since March 2024, starting in Voyagers 5 and moving up the Explorers side. I am extremely picky when it comes to which staff are watching my child but I can't say enough great things about Ms. Bonnie and all of her helpers (Ms. Thalia & Ms. Toni especially). Ms. Bonnie always greets us with a smile, is always willing to take time at pick up to talk to us about our child's day, ask us how things are at home, and just be friendly and invested in our family. She truly cares about the children in her class, helps them learn through play (which I am so passionate about!), and is just a happy person which these children deserve to have in their lives. We are so grateful for having found Children's Learning Adventure. Our daughter turns 3 this Sunday. We have been taking her to the Henderson campus for almost a year and a half. It has been a night and day difference. She has blossomed as a result of the school. She wakes up excited everyday to go and she has made so many little friends. Her teachers and all the staff are extremely friendly and happy to see her everyday! It has been so great seeing her bring home artwork and she has learned so much. I can't say enough great things about this school! Both of my daughters are truly thriving here--academically, socially, and emotionally. My son has attended CLA Henderson since he was 9 wks old. He is now 4, and this school can't compare to anywhere else. The staff & teachers are extremely accommadating to his dietary needs (many food allergies). He looks fwd to school everyday. I feel the time spent with all the kids there is always educational & fun! Everyday he brings home projects, paintings, writing that he's done & I'm updated daily on his progress & some days, his not so good behavior. But, it's always a work in progress with children & it's always communicated to me in a positive way & what they're doing at school to correct & re-redirect in a positive way. My children started their journey with CLA back in 2022 and I must say they have been amazing around the board. I recently had a new baby and they took him in with open arms. Christina is a wonderful person , she has always helped me in any way I've needed including providing me resources to help afford childcare. Everyone here is so amazing , I feel it is a very safe environment for children, there has never been a time I felt uneasy or had questions left unanswered. I wouldn't want my kids to be anywhere else CLA is amazing and they have so much to offer, I encourage parents to put their trust in the staff and try them out! Children's Learning Adventure is as amazing place for the kiddos!! During this trying time..they are doing everything possible to protect our kids and their staff. The people working at CLA are amazing as well as amazing at what they do! My first son attended CLA and I just enrolled my second son. They're also helping us parents during the pandemic with the online work needed for the days school is closed..so that in itself is a BIG help for me personally (I'm a single mommy working full time)..having the extra help puts my mind at ease! I am a new mom, and having to put your baby in daycare is hard when they are only 6 weeks old. I toured 4 other daycares before setting on CLA. The building is clean, visually stimulating, and the staff was very friendly. The tuition was a bit higher than the other places I visited, but I could see why, and I knew my baby girl needed to go here. Because her grandmother is going to be watching her, she will be leaving, but i wish i didn't have to pull her out. Every morning when I drop her off, she smiles when she sees Stephanie, and I know shes in good hands. When it comes time for preschool, I will be bringing her back. read more

She wakes up with a smile and enthusiasm for her day just because she knows she is going into wonderful care and exciting activities at CLA!
