They had time to clean up since it was not busy at all (no other patients except maybe two) and I saw staff sitting at their computers. I was waiting roughly 40 minutes (which is fine I get it) but Idk why they left vomit dried out (vomit can contain bloodborne pathogens like HIV or Hepatitis and infectious viruses like norovirus) for other young patients to touch and come in contact and get sick from. Two days later he was admitted to the emergency room where he stayed for 3 days extremely sick with an upper respiratory virus similar to RSV. Will not be coming back. Could have been avoided if they had provided him with better care and taken his symptoms more seriously.

I've been bringing them there since they were 3 days old and they were so encouraging to me as a first time mom with post-partum depression. I don't recall which doctor, but one helped me with the nightmare of breastfeeding. The doctors always take their time at each appointment and don't rush anyone. Oh- the receptionists are soooooo sweet and helpful and truly do their best to get your child a timely appointment. The practice also has an emergency line and you can talk to a doctor after business hours. Oh and the entire office is super clean (and has been prior to covid). Dr. Golloub is a great doctor who is personable with every patient and makes you feel welcome into the whole practice.
