Decent enough care and professionals but they left vomit on the sink. It was really gross and it looks like they tried to clean it but they left pieces dried up on the sink bowl and I think on the faucet handles which upset me since I touched it without realizing. They had time to clean up since it was not busy at all (no other patients except maybe two) and I saw staff sitting at their computers. I was waiting roughly 40 minutes (which is fine I get it) but Idk why they left vomit dried out (vomit can contain bloodborne pathogens like HIV or Hepatitis and infectious viruses like norovirus) for other young patients to touch and come in contact and get sick from. Would not recommend coming here. Even WITH an appointment I waited at least two hours with my 11 month old sick baby. my son came here with a fever coughing, and wheezing and they said he had a virus and to use over the counter meds. The doctor was nice but she examined him for maybe 3 minutes if that. I understand having a lot of patients and being understaffed but dont continue to take more appointments if you don't have enough practitioners to care for sick children and babies. Two days later he was admitted to the emergency room where he stayed for 3 days extremely sick with an upper respiratory virus similar to RSV. Will not be coming back. Could have been avoided if they had provided him with better care and taken his symptoms more seriously. read more

First time going to a PM Pediatric urgent care. Appreciate the ease of making an appointment online. Check in was a breeze. Arrived at 5:15 for our 5:30 appointment. We were seen by the doctor at 6pm. Our old urgent care didn't have appointments and sometimes the wait was 2 hours. PM Pediatrics will be our new go to spot. read more

There is absolutely no point in making an appointment here. They make you wait for a ridiculous amount of time. We were 3 minutes early for our appointment and didn't get called back to a room for 50 minutes. Another 35 passed before the dr came to see us. I will not be back. read more

Don't waste your time. My son has a peanut allergy and my wife just took him there with a bad rash developing. We are hoping it's not an allergic reaction as the symptoms are mild for now but wanted to rule it out before he went to bed. They proceeded to take 3 to 4 people before him that came in after they arrived and kept telling my wife "your next". It is now 10pm they have been waiting since 915 and the other walk ins were taken immediately. Why ? Needless to say we won't be back. read more

Absolutely no care for the children that come here. 2pm appointment by 4pm my child still hasn't been seen. I finally told them I was going to leave since I had been there for so long and my child was crying to a point I could no longer find a way to calm him down. I was told "this is the way it is we have 1 doctor." There is no point of making an appointment nor do they care about the visible discomfort your child's in. read more

Well I can say there is no reason to make an appointment. They just allow all walk-ins so even a 6pm appointment still mean 8:30pm since they suck at time management. Felt like I was buying a new car and you know how long that takes. Terrible service. Do better. read more

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. This place is HORRIBLE and I would never ever advise anyone to bring their child here. I've had a bad experience in the Clifton location but decided to try this one because my 3 year old was screaming in pain at 9pm that her ear hurt. I tried to console and tell her we'd go to our regular doctor in the morning but she was inconsolable and I knew something was wrong. Made a 10 pm appointment, not sure why because they don't honor appointments any different than walk ins. Waited an hour and a half and finally got seen by a doctor. After all that, he checked my daughter out and said her ears looked absolutely fine and there was nothing wrong and that ear aches can happen for lots of reasons and to just give her Motrin. He then said to wait so he could write up everything and was going to come back to check her temp. Why they didn't check her temp in the first place is beyond me. I waited for another 10 minutes and saw my 3 year old in pain and exhausted as it was almost 12am and said I'm getting out of here and I walked out. Well, my daughter was up 3 more times that night screaming in pain. I took her to an ENT today who took one look in her ear and said oh yeah, she definitely has an ear infection. I am FUMING! How can you allow a child whose in pain walk out of your office and tell me she's fine? Absolutely horrible. Thank god I trusted my own gut and brought my kid to a REAL doctor today. I am so disgusted and I will NEVER go back to any PM Pediatrics and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this as well. Shameful. read more

Walked in after 10pm on a holiday weekend. The whole staff was warm and friendly. They saw my 9 month old right away and eased all of my concerns. The office was very kid friendly and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pediatric care. read more

I came in today (Saturday) with my 6 year old son who was having an allergic reaction to a medication. He was itchy, burning up, kept saying he felt he had sun burn, tongue was itchy, and was crying. After being in the waiting room so long I looked up at the receptionist who I told I was taking him to the ER he couldn't wait this long, ANOTHER PATIENTS MOM OFFERED ME HER EPIPEN!! I waited about a half hour in the waiting room, and waited for the doctor another 5 mins, the tech who helped us, was not sure what to do except ask if he could breathe. Then when the doctor came in, she was unfriendly, and abrupt. As you are working with kids you should be putting the child and parents at ease. Said she was going to run another test and give Benadryl. We are almost 20 mins into this and now you're giving my son Benadryl? Well that took another 10 mins. I have been to this location before and have had wonderful expirerencs but this time around I probably should have taken my chances at the ER... they were busy but not overly busy to not help a child having an allergic reaction..I'll think twice about coming here. read more

I took my daughter last Saturday evening with the complain of sore throat and mucus at her throat. They said nothing wrong for now and we should wait for the culture by saying that there is nothing related with bacterial inflammation. We were sent back home without any prescription. My daughter had very high body temperature throughout the night. That's way I went back to this place next morning. They said I should pay as if I am a new comer and follow all the processes again and I was told that the culture result would be essential to understand what is wrong with my daughter. I decided to wait for the culture, I called to find out after 2 days. They said the culture result is negative. I spent three days unnecessarily with this branch of PM Pediatrics. On the hand.. nothing but three bad days for my daughter. read more
