Ever since then, the doctors nurses & staff here have always been kind and helped us out whenever possible. Today I had a flu shot appointment for my son. And not only were all 3 staff members super kind to us, but my appointment time was 30 minutes ago and im already home because of how quick they are. I've been bringing them there since they were 3 days old and they were so encouraging to me as a first time mom with post-partum depression. I don't recall which doctor, but one helped me with the nightmare of breastfeeding. The doctors always take their time at each appointment and don't rush anyone. Oh- the receptionists are soooooo sweet and helpful and truly do their best to get your child a timely appointment. The practice also has an emergency line and you can talk to a doctor after business hours. Oh and the entire office is super clean (and has been prior to covid). Tip: ask the receptionist for a lollipop when leaving the office. They are yummy.

Sometimes you have to wait 10 mins before going into the room or sometimes you go right away. Dr. Golloub is a great doctor who is personable with every patient and makes you feel welcome into the whole practice. He gets to know you and asks questions about yourself in the sense to make it a comfortable environment. The practice allows walk-ins as well.

She guided me and reassured me from his very first new born visit, to teaching me to sleep train him, and having a breastfed baby that slept through the night at 4 months old! She is a God sent! Her presence is calming and nurturing which really settles and uneasy sick child. Her approach is never to over medicate instead to address the illness in the most practical and effective way. There are never too many people in the waiting room and the wait is never long. They are very accommodating and will work to get your child scheduled as soon as possible. HORRIBLE. ER Neurologist Nayal is incompetent and lazy and…read moredoesn't like to be questioned. Nurses in ER SUCK left my husband in bed from 10:30am til 1pm without popping there head in to let us know what's going on or if needed anything. Not an offer of food or a sip of water as he was basically tied to the bed with millions of wires hanging off of him to machines if I wasn't there my husband was left like a stray on the street to fend for himself I mean really what happen to bedside manner and your job because I'm there as a family member under enough stress and your getting paid by my insurance to take care of your patience. Not only that but didn't let us know a damn thing of what was going on. My husband was brought in by ambulance possible stroke and you's are too busy to attend to him? Then waited for a room to be admitted for observation until 6pm the next day and only after I got the head manager nurse involved. ER Dr. was unprofessional throwing and slamming my husbands chart down on desks like a 5 year old child. Then on the floor a couple days later getting discharged at 11:30am but nurse went on lunch in hallway chatting and laughing with other nurses after I asked 3 times about his discharge papers and still sitting waiting after 3 HOURS. How unprofessional, lazy and don't care about patience because socializing is more important. Now after 3 hrs of waiting to be discharged they sent prescriptions to a pharmacy an hour in a half away from our home because they never asked us pharmacy preference information. Hospital should hold their paychecks too. NEVER will come to this hospital again. Now have yo go to a real hospital to get real answers and have insurance pay again. THIS HOSPITAL IS BELOW STANDARDS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY CLEAR!!!

No reason to have the hospital bill me for him then ER bill me for him then his practice bill me twice when i never ever went to his practice. If you go here expect to probably get an infection. And expect billing nightmares.
