The beneficial impact of her musical experiences as a baby and toddler has far exceeded my expectations. The Music Class combines a thoughtful curriculum with engaging music-making opportunities for babies and toddlers (I only have experience with Music Pups). Class sizes are limited so that each child has enough direct engagement with the instructor. I think this is probably also helpful for shy kids or young babies who might be overwhelmed by lots of people. My second daughter is now enrolled in her second session of music class. She is already engaging with music in a very positive way. She really comes alive as the class progresses and doesn't even seem to notice when it is way past her typical morning nap time. That was over 3 weeks ago. I've called and emailed multiple times and still no refund. Edit to add...when driven 2drive saw my review they called me and immediately processed my refund and were very polite. I think they need better customer service training for their staff.

They were pushy and pretty insistent that I keep my appointment because of "high"PayPal fees. This rubbed me the wrong way because none of this is posted on their website. Was also told I needed a supervisor to discuss any refunds. She didn't call. When I called back the second day she was again very off putting and warned me of a heavy PayPal fees for getting refunded but didn't know how much the fees are. Now mind you, I didn't use PayPal at all I used my credit card but was told they use PayPal as a third party. (Cop out excuse) and also somewhat shady because any legitimate business would have their own business bank account which doesn't need a third party. I was charged a $35 refund fee. When I called PayPal to ask about this fee they said they had no record of this payment whatsoever and if they had, fees would be on the merchant and not the consumer. This feels like a company who no matter what will take a cut of any money they can get. I will be disputing the final $35 with my credit card company not because of the money but on principle for this shady deal. SIDENote: had a great experience with Defensive Driving Academy and was a fraction of the price that these scammers charge. UPDATED: the owner of this business did contact me and gave me a the rest of my refund. It was obvious she cared to make this right and assured me that she would be communicating with her staff regarding customer service. I appreciated that and have respect for her making good of this situation. She clearly understands good customer service and wasn't wasting any time to resolve this matter.

What she really needs and lacks is conversation, even simple things. She wants to become more fluid in her dialogue. VACATION ENGLISH PROGRAM is sold as : a program that places an exceptional emphasis on speaking promising students will practice speaking skills frequently in class. (see website) So it seemed perfect for us but it was not ! I contacted the Operations Manager/Center Director at Chestnut hill but nothing was done to make improvements or changes.
