The staff at Optimal PT is wonderful. I've worked in Ortho for years and they are outstanding…read more Teresa and Brandy are very professional, actually all staff members are respectful and great to work with. You feel as if they have a vested interest in your recovery and outcome which is what you want in a Physical therapy clinic. The quality of care in my opinion is exactly what I needed. I went to work on mobility and balance and in a short time I feel much stronger and I have even lost weight. If you're looking for a PT office for recovery from an injury I highly recommend Optimal Physical Therapists to get you feeling great again and back to work or whatever the case may be. You will not be sorry.

The therapist juggles all the clients, not really giving any of them the real attention needed for physical therapy. When I went there, I ended up going there to do all my exercises for PT mostly be myself because the therapist didn't have time. No time for me or really anyone. I will never go back. I might as well have saved my money and did my exercises at home. If you want a place to go that you are not one of 5 clients trying to have attention from one therapist, try Request Physical Therapy.

This review is specifically for Jessica (Jes) Costa at CTS…read more A little bit of backstory - my second son was born mid-June. Almost immediately, breastfeeding was a struggle, as I was dealing with cracked and bleeding nipples. Within a few days of my son's birth, I was told by my midwife that he had a posterior tongue tie. She advised us to have it revised using the laser method in order to help improve his latch. My husband and I were skeptical about having such an invasive procedure done on our days-old baby boy. We sought out a second evaluation and feedback from a local IBCLC. And, after she informed us that a revision should not be necessary, I was referred to Children's Therapy Solutions (specifically Jes Costa) for some gentler options to assist with our son's latch. We brought our 2 week old to meet with Jes Costa twice within a span of 2 weeks to receive gentle myofascial release on his upper body. Jes is incredible with babies. She uses a very gentle approach and is incredibly knowledgeable about breastfeeding. She was able to encourage me tremendously during an incredibly challenging time. I am so happy to say that by 6 weeks of age, my son was gaining weight and breastfeeding like a pro! I am no longer in pain and consider nursing to be an enjoyable experience. I accredit Jes Costa for helping us avoid a tongue tie reversal and for the overall success of my breastfeeding journey so far. If you are in need of breastfeeding support, I highly recommend the Women's Center at Children's Therapy Solutions and specifically working with Jes Costa, 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much, Jes!

Horrible place, my mom was sent to this facility since she fell and broke her hip and shoulder…read more She was only in this place for 2 weeks but it was 2 weeks too long!! Went to visit her 2nd day she was admitted, walked into her room and it smelled horrible. Pulled her sheets up to find that she was soaked and no one had changed her. Everything was wet including the padding that was under her. Found the nurse in charge and told him that the condition my mom was in was unacceptable. Told him to get someone to her room and clean her up. Got a little better after that but the following week I happened to be in her room when the aide was changing her and noticed something on her backside. I asked the aide if she saw that and it didn't seem to phase her.. the wound nurse had to come in and treat my mom. The only time that I felt at peace is when her night aide Kizzy took care of her and the day aide named Sheila was on duty. During all of this, I had been texting with the physicians assistant and he told me what I needed to do to get her out.. Took my mom home and took care of her and the pressure wound on her backside is all healed and the physical therapist comes into the home four days a week. We had a Nurse that came in, but my mom's met all of the expectations and so the nurse no longer has to come in. My mom was actually up and walking the first day I brought her home and she's been walking since then.. her shoulder has healed thank God for that since I had to remind the aides at this facility to not turn her on her left side, which they did continually.
