Mom's medications are complex and difficult to manage, which led to many problems, including depression and ill health. After an initial scheduling problem, I made extra effort to be on time, or early. I was rewarded by having to wait, often for 10-15 minutes, to see a therapist - making them late in keeping my appointment. They seem to feel they have the right to communicate with my surgeon, giving him reports that he found to be false during his examination. Another example of the lack of professional practice standards. Arrogance and a lack of professional practice standards make this a poor choice for physical therapy.
