I was rewarded by having to wait, often for 10-15 minutes, to see a therapist - making them late in keeping my appointment. They seem to feel they have the right to communicate with my surgeon, giving him reports that he found to be false during his examination. Another example of the lack of professional practice standards. Arrogance and a lack of professional practice standards make this a poor choice for physical therapy.

I told her my pads were no longer on and she told me she could see that they were so I sat on the table for 10 minutes with half of the treatment.... Ashley on the other hand is AMAZING! I have to bring my kid with me most times and she does a great job not only making sure that my treatment is correct and ensuring I am getting relief but also makes sure that while I am getting treatment, my son is occupied. Every appt I have when Ashley is there, I have true peace of mind and can focus on getting better, every doctors office should have a few Ashley's!

Almost immediately, breastfeeding was a struggle, as I was dealing with cracked and bleeding nipples. Within a few days of my son's birth, I was told by my midwife that he had a posterior tongue tie. She advised us to have it revised using the laser method in order to help improve his latch. My husband and I were skeptical about having such an invasive procedure done on our days-old baby boy. We sought out a second evaluation and feedback from a local IBCLC. And, after she informed us that a revision should not be necessary, I was referred to Children's Therapy Solutions (specifically Jes Costa) for some gentler options to assist with our son's latch. We brought our 2 week old to meet with Jes Costa twice within a span of 2 weeks to receive gentle myofascial release on his upper body. Jes is incredible with babies. She uses a very gentle approach and is incredibly knowledgeable about breastfeeding. She was able to encourage me tremendously during an incredibly challenging time. I am so happy to say that by 6 weeks of age, my son was gaining weight and breastfeeding like a pro! I am no longer in pain and consider nursing to be an enjoyable experience. I accredit Jes Costa for helping us avoid a tongue tie reversal and for the overall success of my breastfeeding journey so far. I saw this practice about a year ago. No issues. Injections worked well. Referred my brother…read more(visiting from out of state) to them back in September. He has YET to get the first injection. They are MILKING Medicare and insurance. They insisted on an ex-ray even though we had recent ones forwarded from a prior doctor out of state. Went in expecting an injection and all he got was an "exam", someone feeling the knee. This is after FOUR visits. He called again to FINALLY get injections in both knees. They insisted on making separate appointments for each knee. When the explanation of benefits come from Medicare, we will be reporting the scam.

This will be my 9th series of Visco gel shots (Medicare allows every 6 months) which work great for…read moremy arthritis! However, Visco does not work for everyone. The series of 5 injections (2 more than orthopedic Dr's) assures a superior, longer lasting result. Ali is awesome!!
