When I called in to say that some of our windows still looked bad...and I mean really bad for me to call them, I was practically told off. It was shocking. She said that their window cleaners come out, clean the windows, think they look good, the customer thinks they look good, and then the customer calls back later. That's because when lights hits in the right way you can see the smeary mess all over them. I really can't see how some of our windows were cleaned at all! Whoever I just talked to at Dave's Window Cleaning just nearly took a bite out of me for saying so. $400 later and I still need my windows cleaned. Steer clear of this company! I'm seeing the response to this review by the company owner. They NEVER said anything about coming back to redo the job!! And the only reason I talked over her is because she was doing that to me!! The owner himself was up in the tree making the big cuts. I asked to keep the big logs of wood, and they neatly stacked everything on the side of my house. They also took down some limbs on our big oak tree in the backyard. It's a really difficult spot, but they got it done without any damage.
