We tried calling this location a few minutes ago to place a ToGo order and the phone kept asking us to press #1 over and over again for a team member to take our order for about 20 minutes, even after we drove up to a very dirty parking lot. Once inside to place the order, we were met with a very rude and unprofessional young lady training another team member who never took our order, so after a few minutes of waiting we walked out. I visited this location on a business trip with a large group of people for a quick bite to eat and some laughs. I definitely got some laughs, but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. As a former server, I know that when you visit a restaurant with a large group like we had something is bound to go wrong. That is perfectly acceptable, 1:15 isn't bad. Our party was more like 1:2 had issues. Our waiter gave it his all, he really and truly did it just seemed like the kitchen staff was working against him. One of our party wanted a burger with mushrooms, he was told chilis doesn't do mushrooms, despite the fact it was clearly on the menu. Sigh.....well once again this place doesn't surprise when it comes to poor service. Hell at least the servers are friendly....but the overall service is horrible. I only come here NOW if invited....and only came out tonight...because my son wanted to come here for his b day dinner. But one of the appetizers didn't come out (but it did on the bill), one of the entrees didn't come out...one of the managers finally came out and apologized and removed it from the bill. This is our favorite place to go when other restaurants let us down. This particular location has great service every time we go. We usually sit at the bar, and are warmly greeted and invited to sit anywhere. They always have a game on, and prepare our drinks quickly. I have tried everything from their simple cheeseburger, to their most popular skillet sizzlers. All are delicious! I'm a huge Tex-Mex fan anyway, so it helps that this Chilis provides a neighborhood feel while dining at the restaurant. This is probably what keeps us coming back. I recommend this restaurant if you want a comfortable place to take your family, perhaps a lunch date, or even if flying solo. The bartenders are great at making everyone feel welcome, and by the end of your meal, you may even make a new friend. read more

I ordered a half rack of ribs and they were too salty to even pretend to eat. The manager, I guess he was the manager, was very kind and the only effective employee in the entire building. He apologized and replaced my order. Our waitress has a great personality but her service was awful. We won't ever return to this location. read more

I came to Chilli's Camp Creek the first Sunday in March to meet up with my bridal party for the first time over drinks and food. Two of us arrived 30 min early to grab the table and were told that it would be a 25 to 35 minute wait. When the table was ready, 5 out of 7 people were there. The wait was over one hour because 2 of of 7 people were late AND because one of the hostess' was not so nice and accommodating. They were not willing to let us have the seats until everyone arrived. It wasn't until I got upset that they "figured" it would be best to seat us at a table that could have extra seats. When we finally sat down everyone was annoyed and ready to drink. We all ordered this watermelon margarita drink and it was probably the best part of the meal. I ordered the queso chilli dip. It was good but the chilli was runny...and led to runs the next day (Sorry for the TMI). For the entree, I ordered the sliders from the burger menu. I loved the fries and the sauce on the burgers. Unfortunately the bread was toasted too hard and the burgers were cajun/burned style. They were hard and burned. I ended up sending the burgers back. Another friend didn't get her food until the remainder of the table received their checks. And my line sister had to send back her entree too. Overall, The server and the mixed drink were the only okay parts of the experience. I wouldn't rush to come back to Chillis after the experience. Didn't get a chance to even sit down. The hostess took 5-6 minutes to come acknowledge us upon waking in. The bartender nor shift manager greeted us. After being told we'd have a 30 minute wait (with literally no one in front of us), we decided to sit at the bar. Okay. I must have been hungry or just wanted to spend some time with my niece because I actually ate at this location that has a 2 Star rating. I honestly don't recall even looking to see what their rating was. My bad belly! So we arrive and there is a nice sized crowd gathered here for lunch. We were seated immediately. We opted for the 2 can dine for $35 deal which includes an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 Margarita's and dessert. I ordered the Fire-Grilled Corn Guacamole Served with tostada chips and salsa as our appetizer. I think this was the best part of the meal. My niece ordered the Chicken Crispers/Fingers with fries and corn. I know that her corn on the cob was cold as hell and she did complain about that. She couldn't even get the butter that she had to request to melt on the corn. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas. A plate only came with two flour tortillas. Which I guess is okay if you can stuff a plate full of Fajitas into two tortillas. So I had to ask for extra for my to go box. They were okay. Nothing special at all. It looks like some type of seasoning is on the Chicken, but it tasted pretty bland to me. Even with the onion and bell peppers on the side. Psst! Nothing that I couldn't pick up from the freezer section at Publix and serve at the crib myself. My Mango/Strawberry Margarita was the next best thing on the menu to me, which is probably why this place stays in business. It was nice and strong! THANKS bartender! I think my niece had a Mango Margarita. Our waiter disappeared for a good 20-30 minutes. Once he reappeared we ordered the Brownie Sundae which for some strange reason is one of the only 2 out of 8 pictures that I took that are still on my phone. Hmm. Oh well. I did unfortunately visit the restroom during our waiter's hiatus. Which was not dirty but it just looked a mess. I would not have eaten here if I had come in to the restroom to wash my hands first. See this is what happens when you depend on Hand Sanitizer instead of using good old fashioned soap and water. So I guess if you don't mind spending $40 for two to eat and drink some just okay food then this place works. But we could have enjoyed each other's company at the Wendy's. SMH! read more

Food was horrible. Service was horrible. Never again, gay black server argued in front of multiple customers about mozzarella sticks, cussed in front of me. We were seated and waited over 15mins for just drinks, he took our order and promised me extra sauce with my food which I did not get. The food wasn't up to par. Everything was dry. We had wings with our order and NEVER received napkins. Everyone should be given napkins, especially with finger foods or the restaurant should have napkin dispensers available at each used table. We had to ask 3 different people for steak sauce and sat with empty cups for a very long time. We had to ask for refills even tho our empty drinks were on display and the entire time dining only one of us were able to get our drink refilled. We settled with sharing and after receiving Togo boxes, I asked for my drink to go and never got it. Also never received Togo bags. We had to carry all our trays by hand to the car. Went after my graduation due to everything else having a long wait, my friends and I waited about 30 minutes to an hour before being seated. When the waitress finally came she was very pleasant but when we ordered our food it came late and was cold and stale. Our drinks weren't brought to us until 15 minutes after we ordered. For a corporate chain this was a disturbing experience. Went in to enjoy dinner by myself so the bar top was ideal. The bartender basically ignored me for several minutes while enjoying food from a to go box behind the bar. When she finally acknowledged me it was to deliver a menu and takeout silverware and ask if I wanted a drink. I understand the COVID protocols but takeout plastic silverware in a corporate restaurant setting screams out laziness and cost cutting the wrong way. Food was what I expected but the whole staff moved at a snails pace, looking like they were just not wanting to be there. As I finished I had to flag the bartender down to pay my tab and that is the second of the two interactions she had with me. A bartender that doesn't talk to people is not what I have come to expect. I read the reviews on this Chili's, saw the rating and was skeptical about coming here, but went for it anyway, and I am so glad I did! To my server, Amy: Thank you for making this experience a great one for my daughter and I. She greeted us with a smile, and immediately took our drink order and food order. I am allergic to bread and cheese, and had to laugh when I started ordering a burger and mentioned all the things I did not want on it because she was memorizing it. She repeated it back to me a few times, then decided to write it down to ensure it was correct lol. I'm so used to that happening so it was humorous to me. She kept coming back to check on us to make sure we were good and our food and drinks were good. She was very friendly and provided exemplary service, and I'm so thankful. This is the type of service I desire any time I go out, whether it's a restaurant, fast-food, grocery store, doesn't matter. She exceed my expectations and I even reached out to the corporate office so that they were aware of the great service she provided. Thank you, Amy!
