I recently just moved from out of state and was searching for a second job after graduating with a degree to just stay occupied while waiting for next school year to further my education. My interview was scheduled for 12:15 pm and showed up around 12:12 (was stressing about not being there at least 5 minutes early) but with the way it went I'm glad. I can say the host that was training a new hire was very sweet and hospitable. She told the manager I was up front at around 12:20. I then saw a manager come from the kitchen to a table talking probably about 10 minutes later. At 12:28, I still wasn't seen, not even a "I'll be right with you", "could you come back". A two top (party of two) walked in about 20 minutes after I had been waiting and got sat. They waited for a long time that I was irritated for them and wanted to ask the host (who's section is this so they can be sat) I serve and have been in the serving industry for 3+ years and understand the struggles of being a waitress and having to multitask in many different things at once but also have higher expectations due to being a server and in California where our service (in my opinion) is a lot more higher end. There were two servers on the floor and bar wasn't open. One server had two tables who were completely set and almost am certain were just waiting for their food to be ran and the other server had one table who again im almost certain are regulars who eat their often just by the amazing conversation he gave to the workers. At that point the two top had been waiting for a long time and still wasn't served , or even spoken to meanwhile a server was on the floor on the phone and chatting it up with her first table. Again as a server, I expect more and even when I'm busy a "I'll be right with you, I'm just a little caught up right now" goes a LONG way and that table didn't even receive that, they then asked me if i was waiting still too and I replied "I have an interview and have been waiting for almost 30 minutes". They left right after and the nonchalant and laughs workers gave after seeing them leave disgusted me because you should want better for your guests who are coming in to pay towards your company. Right after the host came and said "the manager said could you come back at 2 pm tomorrow they're so busy." I stayed really to just speak to the manager and let her know that we hat was done was unprofessional with the full intentions of not wanting to work for a company like this. The lady who walked out saw me & said "good job for leaving, you don't want to work for a company like this anyways" which led me to write this review Back in California I enjoy chillis food but the stuff I saw just waiting for an interview threw me off and can guarantee I will never be back to even eat. Again this is coming from a server and I am always understanding of the restaurant industry because I know how hard it can be at times. But for this I have nothing to say, I worked at sports bar for 2 years, have served the full restaurant alone for 5 hours and almost made it a point to communicate with my guests if my service wasn't going to be completely great due to being busy, it wasn't busy in their at all. 4 tables max, no bar (which means no drinks didn't need to be ran) and kitchen is not backed up because again 4 tables max. Had every door lock. It's never open. One waitress played dumb when I kept asking were they taking Dine-In or To-Go's. Just please shut them down. They making TGI Friday's look like a the real OG on the block. If you want chili's trust me don't, just use there parking lot for parking and walk on over to TGI Friday's. Very satisfied read more

Went to the Chilis after arriving on a flight from Vegas. The food was good the customer service was good. They only had one server and she was working her tail off. I worked there for about a week and was not pleased at all. For beginner I never got paid from them and to put the Cherry on top they're very nasty and have ROACHES . That should be enough said to not eat there smh the back of the house is so unorganized and nasty and I will be contacting the health department on this case. My wife and I were reluctant about eating here, but it was in a strange hour on a Sunday night so we had to submit. So where do I start- how about with the dirty glass that they served liquor in. It's like come on- people are coming here to drink and you have dirty glasses. That's strike one. Striking two was the taste of the food. It was completely thrown together and tasted horrible. We ordered the Chicken fajitas and they didn't have guacamole had we knew that we would have changed our order. The tortilla were extremely hard. Just bad! The Cajun chicken pasta was unflavored. Didn't have the greatest experience at this location. My party had to wait over an hour to be seated. The staff told us that they wouldn't seat us; mainly because all of them members of our party weren't present. When we were seated, our waiter took forever to get to us. The gentlemen was really a good server, it being a Saturday night didn't help the situation. It took over an hour to get our drinks and food separately. Our waiter, took off a couple of things to accommodate us, but I won't be coming here again on a Saturday. Too much of a hassle if you have a party over 2 people. This was the worst service that I have ever received. Walked in and wasn't greeted by the server. I'm not sure why she's there. We grabbed two seats and the bar which were not wiped down. We waited 15 minutes at the bar and the bartender Jazz never once said hello. She finally wiped down our area still never saying a word. We waited for an additional five minutes and had to ask the Manager for assistance. The bartender finally wiped it down still never saying a word to us. Someone else took our drink order. So I had to go to the airport with the family on a Sunday afternoon and we stopped at Chili's for lunch. We walked in and were told it would be a 30 minute wait to get a table. Ok. Fine. Just explain to me why it's a 30 minute wait when COVID restrictions have been relaxed and OVER HALF the tables in the place are empty?! If the problem is lack of staffing, tell people that. Give me some information I can use. Otherwise, I'm going to assume the wait is due to poor management of the available space. Also, do a better job of cleaning the restroom. This evening I came to Chili's Camp Creek. I waited for 30 minutes to get seated.  We ordered at 8:17, and by 9;18 we did not even have appetizers come out. There was laughter coming from the kitchen and joke telling but no food coming out. The server did not come back to our table to check on us or let us know what was going on. After he saw us get up and leave he stated that he was sorry he didn't know what was going on, and it was a bad day for him because coworkers were fighting in the back earlier.  This is totally unacceptable. We had a party of 8 and waited a hour for nothing. I wanted to make you aware of what was going on at this location. I will NEVER patronize this business again. read more

Glad this location is open and not busy but the wait list was awful for a dinner hour at 4:00 and only have one server working it. The servers standing around and doing nothing on their phones. Got the 2 for $25 and ordered appetizer, never got it. The Cajun chicken pasta was undercooked and didn't come with the garlic bread that comes on the side of the plate. Sunday afternoon place was bare empty tables everywhere and we still had to wait 40+ minutes. Everyone around us was so fed up they were loudly complaining and asking for the manager (should have been a sign to leave) was seated and waited another 35 minutes for food which was wrong. When speaking to the manager (blond braids) she quickly showed she shouldn't even be in Management. Not only will I never go back I will make it a point to discourage everyone I know or talk to to never go. This was ridiculously horrible. Ill cut to the chase. My server was great but the kitchen staff is either overworked or lazy. This is one of those times I should have spent the extra time to make my own meal. Normally I dont do chain restaurants and this place is why. Salmon was highly overcooked. Broccoli texture was as if it had been steamed for 30 seconds at most. Macaroni noodles were mushy. Steak came out over well done when I asked for medium rare. Ill take the blame for even allowing myself to walk into a chain restaurant again, but I wont be visiting another Chilis location again, especially the camp creek location. Sometimes the phrase you get what you pay for doesnt always apply but it applies here. Please do not go here if you ever considering going to chilis. Though our server was wonderful and attentive, she still would forget certain things and take a while to get us what we needed. But that's understandable. The real issue was one of the workers Darnell. First, he was tispy off his ass and kept bothering my friend and I. He would try to converse with us but we made it very obvious we didn't want to talk. When the awkward silence would arise he would still stand there. He would come to my friends and i table constantly trying to us and kept asking for our age (To be honest idk if he was being weird or he was just drunk and couldn't remember). Another thing, he came from the bathroom and was PUBLICLY buckling his belt. Our food was very mid, not nasty just wasn't good, and there was think drunk lady at the bar who was talking loud as ever. I'm not the type to not speak up if I need service. BTW, I'm in customer service at a spa/salon environment. I waited about 5 mins and then walked out across to TGIF. Took two bites of our food when the manager came directly to out table to ask if we drove the truck that had just been broken into and he saw it on the cameras. Our rental truck was broken into, everything stolen. Got no empathy from staff, cops took 3 phone calls to finally show up, and the rental place instantly knew the Chili's location when we brought up the incident to them. Manager thinks it's an ex employee cuz the break ins have been happening a lot recently. Maybe the manager should report the ex employee unless he's in on it too? Very crazy experience. The first section was a first visit 5 STAR REVIEW I've eaten here 2 times in the past month which may not seem like much but I don't eat out that often. Each visit service and food was exactly as expected! No complaints whatsoever. I ordered a drink which during my previous visit I sat at the bar and waitress informed me of drink of the month only $5.00! I enjoyed it so of course I ordered the same drink during this visit. It was a bit strong for me this time so I was looking around for my waitress and another waitress in passing caught "the look" and asked if I was okay, I told her what I needed, she said she'll take care of it for me, she took my drink and added a little more mango and it was perfect I've never had a waitress look out for another that was not her table! Also my actual waitress was very attentive and polite asking "may I" before refilling drinks and taking plates. Awesome staff. Awful service. Awful Drinks. Awful food. Let's start with I met a Friend of Mine already sorted for dinner with My Daughter. It took her 15mins to come and get Our drinks request. Then after waiting another 15mins to receive Our ordered drinks and recommended the Tito's Margarita as a Customer Favorite it taste like sour cool aid the kind you get heart burn from. She took another 20mins to pop back up after I already gave it back to the bartender and explained to him it was not just distasteful to Me even My Friend Agreed it was bad, to tell Us they don't refund or accommodate for alcohol beverages. Well they served the food and then the manager came. He traded the drink out for another bad drink the blueberry infused tart. I stopped in here for a drink while I waited for my friend to arrive at the airport. It was pretty dead in here for a Friday at 5:30pm. I asked about happy hour specials and the bartender said that they did have some but that they were out of the classic margarita. One of the employees had to head to the store to get more tequila. I ended up ordering a rum and pineapple which was $3.25 so that was a great price. I did notice their health score was not up to par so I didn't order anything to eat. I also noticed that all of the menus in the bar area that I touched or picked up were super sticky. Probably not your best option for a Chili's. read more

This is the worst Chili's experience I've ever had. Our waitress acted like she couldn't be bothered and she was clearly ready to go home. I've waited tables for almost 10 years, I understand it can get stressful...it was still uncomfortable though. The worst Margaritas I've ever had in my life. The manager came over, his response: "Well you ordered the house margaritas so...if you got premium it would taste better". Oh so Chili's house margaritas are supposed to taste like lime horse piss? Thank you for clarifying. We ordered the Texas fries and they were horrible. The cheese and fries were hard from being over done, it looked disgusting. The manager came over and brought us a new one...only it wasn't new. It was the same plate with more cheese and bacon on top. If I'm wrong and it wasn't the same: underneath the first layer of fries and cheese was the exact same issue with the first one (overdone fries with hard cheese). When the manager came back around and asked about the fries we were straight up with him and told him "it's the same order of fries" to which he replied "No it's not! I would never do that to you guys". But you're ok with serving horse piss margaritas? I don't believe you dude. Then he had the audacity to say "next time you should order the premium margaritas". My husband asked for the chicken crispers (he can't eat the original because it's dipped in batter made with egg and he's allergic to yolk), he also asked them to hold the sauce and to please bring a side of asparagus. They brought the original chicken (dipped in batter) with honey mustard sauce and no asparagus...which they charged us for. The waitress was under some pressure, I saw it- she did what she could... I've been there. We were really not bothered by her. But the manager on duty that night is a fool with horrible "bed side" manner. read more

Ordered lunch from here and they screwed up I ordered the beef bacon ranch quesdaillas with xtra sour cream and I elected to remove the ranch so when it was delivered w/o any sour cream and they didn't send the sour cream on the side I ordered it was not good can you imagine eating a dry quesdillas and to boot it was cold I think the door dash driver didn't use the bag they have to keep your food warm. But to make things worse I call the restaurant and talked to the manager on duty and she didn't care period I explained what happened and her response was what do you want me to do I replied what can you do she said hold on and didn't come back to the phone "WOW" and to add insult to injury I call the corporate office and reported this incident and waited 2 days and go no response and so I left this review and I will be leaving one on every site ( and this is the 2nd consecutive Togo order they've screwed up in a row) people this says chillis could care less about us and our satisfaction with the quality and enjoyment of the food and the services from the restaurants they have in our communities I would've rated it a 1/2 but the system isn't set up to do so. read more

I visited this location on a business trip with a large group of people for a quick bite to eat and some laughs. I definitely got some laughs, but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. As a former server, I know that when you visit a restaurant with a large group like we had something is bound to go wrong. That is perfectly acceptable, 1:15 isn't bad. Our party was more like 1:2 had issues. Our waiter gave it his all, he really and truly did it just seemed like the kitchen staff was working against him. One of our party wanted a burger with mushrooms, he was told chilis doesn't do mushrooms, despite the fact it was clearly on the menu. Another one of us ordered fajitas, the fajitas were fine, but she literally got a side of jalapeños that had 3 pieces in it. Seriously? This place needs to step it's game up. Sigh.....well once again this place doesn't surprise when it comes to poor service. Hell at least the servers are friendly....but the overall service is horrible. I only come here NOW if invited....and only came out tonight...because my son wanted to come here for his b day dinner. But one of the appetizers didn't come out (but it did on the bill), one of the entrees didn't come out...one of the managers finally came out and apologized and removed it from the bill. The decor has changed but the service is the same.... At least it's cleaner this time ....last time I was here....there were many tables that needed attention.
